Everything went well until I am asking for the copy of the pedigree that to be shipped because I need to register the puppy I got from them. It's been 4 months now. They keep on saying that the paper is on the way but up to now I get nothing! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Euro puppy is the only place I get my Bull Terriers. I got Mossimo 14 years ago and he was the love of my life, sadly we lost him March 5th 2019. I said I wouldn’t get another but I missed the sound of his nails walking across are tile the cuddles and all around craziness of a bull terrier. So I came back to euro puppy to find another. I still had the email to Sandor and sent him a message and heard back within 24 hours and a few weeks later we found Maximus on the site his name was Jinx. We are in the USA and everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date the whole process. Best customer service,friendly and made me feel comfortable the whole way till I was standing at the airport picking up my new baby. Maximus will be 1 April 3rd and he is stunning I get stopped all the time when people see him. Thank you Europuppy for finding my fur babies! I will be buying another soon.

I have purchased several French Bulldogs from Euro Puppy and they have been so helpful and made the whole process very easy. The puppies I received were exactly what I thought they would be, healthy happy and adjusted quickly. I can't wait to get another puppy from them when I am ready.

I had been looking for a show line Golden Retriever from Europe for several months, when I was recommended Euro Puppy. I was unsure about choosing a puppy online but was told they were the most experienced, and I was given a lot of advice and info on the pedigree, parents and health results before I decided. And the puppy Euro Puppy helped me choose was from a breeder who has had Goldies at Crufts!
I had to wait a couple of months for my puppy, Sophie to travel. But their customer representative kept me up to date, and their logistic team seemed to be super experienced as they sorted everything for the travel. There was a short delay in the flight due to the airline. But that was no problem, the and the moment I saw my puppy I was in love.
Sophie is the most gorgeous Goldie, and after a little nerves at first is a really loving girl, so friendly and clearly well socialized. I have great hope that she will be a very grand show dog. I have so much thanks to give Euro Puppy for their help and for making everything so easy!

I will always have so much to thanks to Euro Puppy. I have the loveliest Yorkie, that is so sweet, loving, and settled into my home so well. She clearly came from a brilliant breeder. The Euro Puppy team was so helpful and caring the whole time while I waited for her to arrive and made everything super easy for her arrival at the airport. And they even sent me a sweet birthday email when she turned 1 recently. Really recommend them so much!

It was a big decision to choose a puppy online. But Euro Puppy helped me find my perfect German Shepherd. They kept in touch while waiting for my dog to travel and sent me photo updates too. From start to finish I am very satisfied with the service and with my beautiful, healthy, well trained puppy! I would not have found the puppy I wanted in my country: Europuppy delivered! Staff took the time to answer all my questions, and followed up afterwards. It has been a year and a half since I received my puppy and staff are still interested in receiving updates, pictures and videos. I have never experienced that type of caring and concern from a provider; I feel like my puppy and I are part of an extended family!

The service Euro Puppy provided was amazing and I will definitely recommend this service to anyone I know who wants to be getting a puppy from overseas. Great experience with Euro Puppy. We got our French Bulldog, Fiona from them. We were a little nervous about buying a puppy overseas but at the end I’m glad we did.
