It was hard waiting for my Mudi, the flight was delayed due to my baby puppy having a cough. However, I have truly received a wonderful puppy that is healthy, beautiful and show quilty. He is a sweet, obedient and his unique appearance attracts alot of attention.

Delighted by the service that Gabor ,our puppy concierge ,gave us from beginning to end .
They were not preterbed by our numerous questions, only happy to respond .

Euro puppy was flexible at a moments notice and provided all the necessary, legal and medical paperwork for our puppy.

My husband and I adore our puppy. Every time we leave the house we are getting questions about where we found her and we want to be able to share a positive review of our experience with you and Europuppy. However, we can’t and I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

After her first vet visit we were informed that she was underweight and that her puppy shots were stopped too early so we had to repeat some of them. We were troubled by this but didn't think too much of it. We also found out that she had a hernia which was caused during neutering as one of the other reviews has mentioned. Not long after we realized she had a significant worm infestation. Her doctor assured us that this was something that began before she was delivered to us based on the severity of the infestation and the size/age of the worms. We went through several rounds of treatment with her to get her healthy. After learning about the worms it became clear why she was underweight but also really called into question that her de-worming shots were stopped so soon, especially since we were told she was being fed a raw diet by the breeder and the trainer. As you can imagine, this has been very stressful for her and for us and also expensive (over 1.000 euros) and time consuming for us.

I also want to share is that it is very clear that she was not socialized as was advertised as she is still afraid people and is especially uncomfortable around children.

We also paid for extra training and of the topics the trainer was supposed to work with her on she understood how to come and her name but not much else, including that she didn't know how to sit. I understand it is hard to make promises about what a dog might learn in a training. On the other hand, our pup is very intelligent and is readily learning new tricks every day so there seems like a disconnect here.

In order to turn this into a positive experience with Euro Puppy, we tried multiple times to contact them and we were completely ignored.

In particular we feel dissatisfaction considering our puppy was advertised as being the pick of the litter, champion bloodline and that we paid more than I've seen any other dachshund listed for on Europuppy.com.

I feel like this was a complete scam.

We are very happy with our little dog. We entered him in a puppy show this past week and he got great reviews. He won best in show for his breed.!! So again we are extremely happy with him. Oh yes, we named him, Moody. Again thank you.

Our experience buying our puppy from Euro Puppy was awesome. They sent emails to us throughout the timeframe giving us updates, new pictures, a youtube video, and they were very responsive to all of our questions. We asked them to try and find a flight that would arrive over the weekend, since that was easiest for us, and they were able to do that. Our little guy arrived at the airport with all the paperwork necessary to make our customs process as painless as possible. He came happy and healthy.

First off, we are absolutely in love with our 5 month old English Cocker Spaniel we have since renamed Lady. She is so well behaved and you can clearly tell she was well loved and appropriately socialized. Couldn't have asked for a better puppy.
Most of the process with Europuppy was easy, but confirming my puppy's ticket was nothing short of a nightmare. I was given incorrect contact information, and even upon reaching back to Europuppy I was told the information was correct... Even though it wasn't. The airport code I was given was not the airport she was going to be arriving at. If we hadn't have asked a local friend, we would have not known (we just moved to a new country)
I did give Europuppy correct contact information and airport code for my country so hopefully this won't happen again.
Regardless, it was a small issue that just required more work on my end and was totally worth it to have gotten Lady. Would definitely purchase through them again.

We had our beautiful storm 7 years old now. She is the most loveable kind natured GSD . I've given been stopped several times by stranger who say her marking are beautiful and what looking dog she is.
She truly is a wonderful member of our family .

All the puppies I have got from you have had one serious health issue or the other. This is so very painful because seeing your puppy in pains and having spent so much money on purchasing makes it very unfair.

Dog purchased was not house trained as discussed.

She was more than obviously over placed in kennel as a puppy.

Air delivery was an challenge. They did not make delivery of dog a priority or easy.

I have been through several points inorder to get a Golden retriever. Finally I got in contact with EURO PUPPY.My experience with Euro Puppy is an excellent one as they managed to get me through all channels to have my new puppy over in Malta. When we brought him over he was only four months old and now he will be one by 23rd October. Their service and customer service is very helpful and do their best to fulfill your desires.
