Absolutely disgraceful experience. Two delivery drivers entered my home and aggressively demanded £65 from my partner, refusing to leave until payment was made. This caused unnecessary stress and intimidation inside our own house.

After calling the office, we were told it was a “mix up”. That is not an acceptable explanation for intimidating behaviour in someone’s home. Staff should never pressure customers, refuse to leave, or create an environment where someone feels threatened.

The situation was eventually resolved, but the conduct of the drivers was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Serious concerns around customer safety, training, and behaviour standards.

Competitive price, clear communication regarding delivery time, with both a 3 h slot delivery given the previous day and, in my case, a second text advising me that the driver was 50 minutes away. They brought the chairs in and were courteous throughout.

The delivery drivers contact us when they were on their way to us, an efficient service Thank you.

Sofa was delivered and placed in my front room. Now assembled and looking great. Thank you 🙂

The delivery itself was okay, but I was disappointed that the delivery date was changed without informing me or apologising for the inconvenience caused. Better communication would have made the experience much better. Other than that, the delivery went smoothly.

When I bought this mattress I explained that I was nearly 70 and could the delivery men take it up to my apartment. When they came they said that they would only take the mattress up one floor and it would cost me £10 more for two more floors. After emphasising that I had explained that i would need help up to my apartment they reluctantly took it up. As they were quite angry I didnt feel comfortable in asking them to take it upstairs. I now have to find someone to pay to help me take itit2 upstairs. Kindness seems to have gone out the window today

Arrived exactly when they said they would, texted day before to remind me of delivery date and time then called me 15 mins before arrival to tell me what time they would arrive

Had a picture delivered by Exact delivery and it was first class. Notified me delivery date and had the ability to send to a different location as I was away. Had a message night before with 3 hour time slot, and a text from the driver 45 minutes before delivery.

The delivery went well.
No problems at all.
