I made my second purchase with EZ Outdoor Coverings and just like the first purchase……everything went great. The material arrived undamaged and EZ went out of the way to deliver my panels. They provided a flat bed and forklift to unload everything. Rather than a business with a loading dock, I had the panels dropped at my residence which made unloading a challenge. EZ stepped up and completely accommodated me when they didn’t have to. Thanks for a great experience EZ!

Because of delays with obtaining the needed material, both Yoav Wirthiem and I determined that canceling the order was best. While I was in the process of buying some locally-sourced alternative material, Yoav told me that the order we canceled had been processed and shipped out. He said that he would give me a 40% credit because of the mixup on his end. But after a week, still no credit. Hopefully he will keep his word.

I placed an order for roofing panels on 9/24/24. I received an order confirmation, then nothing. It is now October 10th. I have sent two emails and there has been no response. Like others, I am just wanting to know if my order will ship, and how to get a refund in the event it doesn't.

EZ outdoorcovering the customer service is superb,,, second to none for me … but the freight ( ABF )that they contracted to have my roofing materials delivered sucks.

Willing to ship a small quantity. I'm in an area with limited resources. Delivery driver gets five stars, too. Walked the package down a kind of tough narrow driveway. Timely delivery.

Avoid this company at all costs.first off took a long time to receive order (tried calling and email but no response. Simple purchase which I needed to return as was not the same as in picture. Pieces I ordered are not compatible with what I have. Absolutely no response by phone or email. I like to give companies benefit of doubt but it’s been over a week and crickets. I am just a normal guy and hate to leave a one star but they earned it.

I could not be happier with the product, speed of shipping, and the shipper. I ordered 12ft polycarbonate panels, hard to ship something this big, but they were covered with protective membrane, secured to pallet, very well protected, no scratch or ding at all! The price was very fair, beat all others out; I will use this company again! Super impressed!

I’ve sent two emails inquiring when my order will ship. No reply to either one. I just want to know when I should expect to receive my order.

No indication as to when I could expect delivery. 2 days or 2 weeks? I had no idea. It arrived today in a truck with just a driver. Too heavy for him to handle alone. Fortunately I was around to help unload. I'm not seeing the screws or the tape that was ordered either.

What made my experience great was the deliverance of my products in a timely manner. The quality and appearance of my products were outstanding. I can't wait to order more products from E Z Outdoorcoverings. You all did an exceptional job. Thank you
