Excellent construction, documentation could be improved
This canopy was very well put together with screw fastenings instead of clip together parts like so many items like this. The only thing would improve is some of the labeling of packages and drawings that were larger so you can see the details more easily. I had to get a magnifying glass to see the labels in the drawings. I had to reassemble several parts when I realized that I needed to put them together in another way.

My order arrived only in part with no explanation.
My order arrived, but 3 panels were missing. I had scheduled someone to install them, but I now have to reschedule that. The sales person was polite and very helpful, but it was odd that after more than one call, I was told to call back another day to follow up. Shouldn't they be calling me with updates (if needed) regarding my purchase?

Placed order seven days ago
Placed order seven days ago. Have never received a shipping confirmation and have tried calling several days at several different times of day and get no answer. These people are quick to take your money and then nothing happens beyond that. After reading several other identical reviews to mine, I’m going to contact the attorney general of Pennsylvania. I suspect that all positive reviews are fallacious and smell a scam. Sadly I’m guessing the AG will be as responsive as EZ outdoor coverings.
