Very neat and tidy installation of an electric fire in our old open fireplace.

Excellent company!! From our first visit we were met by knowledgeable and helpful staff. Our estimate was completed quickly and we were not placed under any pressure to order. Our fitters on the installation day were brilliant! They did an excellent job with the minimum of fuss and mess! All work was completed to our satisfaction and we were given lots of useful tips and advice regarding the use of our new fire.
We ourselves were given a recommendation for Fakenham Fires and we have no hesitation in passing on our own recommendation.
Great company to deal with and altogether a good experience. Many thanks! Oh, and we love our new fire!!!

My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Fakenham Fires for excellence service they provided in installing our new chimney and Charnwood stove burner.

Fakenham Fires did a great job in obtaining a wood burner for us during a period when wood burners were in short supply. Thanks to Chris we were able to get one installed four months ahead of what was originally quoted by both Fakenham Fires and indeed one of their competitors. But credit due to them for going that extra mile and because of that they won the order. The installation was carried out by a very efficient, clean working and polite team, and we are now very pleased with the eventual outcome, having overcome initial issues at the survey stage which we believe could have been avoided.

Everything explained as they went along. Consulted on options as they arose. All left clean and tidy each day. Abbie is meticulous in her work.

Everyone at Fakenham Fires was extremely helpful and efficient. Following the installation of the wood-burners and chimney liners everything was left clean and tidy. I very much appreciated the friendly service from all departments.

Very efficient service from start to finish , different options were thoroughly explained leading to an on site survey , no pressure to proceed with gas fire . On installation day both installers engineers very pleasant to deal with , covers put over floors etc . Would thoroughly recommend Fakenham fires if you are looking for log burners gas fire etc . Excellent service from start to finish. Helped us pick the log burner best suited to our house and communication post order was very good. The team who fitted the log burner were outstanding.

The Fakenham Fires installation team fitted both of our stoves with a 'can-do' attitude. Decisions had to be made on the job and we were in good hands. 'Abbey' stood out as a great example of the company's energy with a passion for the job.

When it came to our very vague idea of what we wanted, the staff in the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable to help us work out what we wanted. We went for a Chilli Penguin with an oven above it.
The team that came and fitted the woodburner and did all the work to enable them to do that were helpful, polite and clean and tidy.

Cannot praise Fakenham Fires highly enough! Brilliant service from the initial enquiry to the finished result. Fakenham Fires went the extra mile when I'd been told by another firm that installing a woodburner in my cottage just wasn't possible! All staff so helpful and friendly, regular updates by email and phone call during the process and even an amazing "Thank You" hamper from them for my custom after they'd finished.
