The staff at FatFace in Peebles was extremely competent and friendly, I would especially like to mention Katalin, who was very helpful. She was able to reserve the jacket I wanted in my size at the shop in the airport. Thank you so much for the great support.

Absolutely first class service from all the team, I often venture into Fatface when out and about but this Peebles branch is particularly special. Being such a picky shopper I don’t very often take advice from the team on what looks good, but on the past few occasions I have, and im glad i did I have a new look, even my daughter thinks i look acceptable which is a big win.
Popped in today and Stephanie was very patient with me and my nan.
Lovely to see such a community spirited team in a clothing giant which is rare these days.
Thanks again for making us feel so special will be in again soon

Visited Peebles Branch on Sunday to buy a particular shirt for my husband, he had seen it in store!
Two staff members busy having a chat.
I interrupted their chat to ask about a shirt which I described but to be honest they really were not helpful both firing questions at me at the same time “sounding like noise “
They were really too busy to get back to their conversation re their hour contracts.
I came home and ordered same shirt online.
Really disappointed at customer service as normally the service is great!
Jane and Caroline are always very helpful!

It's always easy to order from the fat face website. I chose to have my order delivered to my local store and it arrived quickly. The trousers I ordered were lovely but both sizes I ordered were too big so unfortunately I had to return them. This was easy to do as I just returned them back to the store.

Ordered three sale items on-line and they were available for collection next day at my local store. No delivery charge. Staff very helpful and efficient. All round a great experience. The three sale items were all perfect and I kept them.

Happy with the quick delivery to my local Fat Face store. Happy with the quality of my dress,and size was true to size.

I was lucky as I have a FatFace shop in the town in which I live, so I was able to order two different sizes and make a decision which one was best, in the store. The garments arrived in record time and the experience I had couldn’t have been better.

Recently had to pick up an order from the Peebles store. Just a good experience all round. Easy pick up and staff allowed me to try my purchase to check fit. The two members of staff were great. They were both dog lovers, so our dog enjoyed his visit too. Lovely shop to visit in a great location at Peebles. Excellent customer care.

I ordered trousers online, unfortunately too big. I went to our local store and they weren taken back and a refund started. The staff were polite, efficient and couldn't do enough to help. this was Peebles store
