Cheerful perseverance
I visited Fatface in Peebles to use my One4all vouchers. These are not straightforward like a gift card to use, however the ladies serving me persevered until these were processed for me. The ladies were cheerful all through the process and I left delighted with my gorgeous jumper.

Perfect shopping experience at Peebles, as always!
We love visiting the FatFace shop at Peebles - always a super way to end our summer holiday. Staff (particularly the fabulous lady with the colourful hair) are attentive, professional & full of advice & good humour. Good range of sale & full price clothing; tidy & inspirational layout. Nice to see a taste of the Autumn range. Thank you to the staff at this, our favourite branch.

Brilliant service !
I live in Derbyshire, called Peebles store trying to locate pair of trousers which were out of stock down this way..
Have family in Peebles so know the store. Jane was, as always, very helpful . There were none in Peebles store but she managed to locate a pair in an Edinburgh store which my friend will collect for and post.
She went above and beyond at what must have been a very busy time of day getting ready to close for the evening. Efficient, friendly and professional.
Thank you Jane, you are a credit to the store and Fat Face itself.

Great Service and high quality clothes
I visited the FATFACE store located on the highstreet at Peebles today. Friendly and professional staff. Katlin was really helpful in helping me choose 2 lovely tops and ordering another on line. I would highly recommend visiting this store. Clothes are great quality.

Lovely glittery jumper for Christmas. Delivered promptly to the shop who as usual were lovely.
The website seems to be a bit glitchy, as I was messaged to say my item was still in my shopping basket so I ordered again and ended up with two. The shop did my return no problem.
