One of my favourite shops
Easy to order for click and collect, and easy to obtain refund. Always good quality of clothes and accessories. Staff always very friendly and happy to help.

I ordered blouse for my husband and order was delayed but still customer service and ladies in shops very nice and helpful, explained everything quickly.
Definitely I will order again and will use shop in WGC regularly.

I’ve been shopping at Fatface in WGC and around for quite a few years. I love the service you get. The Sales Assistants are always very friendly and helpful. The clothes are comfortable, stylish but not too overdressed. The material is soft and the colours so beautiful. I love their handbags and boots. You can’t walk past the shop without going in. The window displays entice you in. 🤩🌷

I did click and collect, tried my items on in store, one item was returned and a refund made. All actions were seamless and all l had to do was show my order number. Friendly and efficient service. Job done with thanks

Trousers too tapered
Ordered tapered cropped trousers in green. Liked the material, liked the elasticated waist, very comfy fit. However, they were quite fitted and about 3 inches from my ankle. They didn’t look right on me so returned, sadly.

Well done fat face
Able to return shorts that didn't fit able to buy top that did fit . I always had a problem with fat face not stocking larger sizes of shirts / t shirts xxl they now seemed to have addressed this .
