The staff at my local store have been extremly helpful, i have recently lost a lot of weight and have had to return lots of items as i struggle to get the right fit. They have always shown lots of patience and been keen to help me rebuild.my wardrobe.

Excellent customer service
A massive thank you and shout out to Sue and Collette for their big smiles and amazing customer service. I was really disappointed when after going to three different stores I wasnt able to find the shoes in the size I wanted. Collette immediately took it upon herself to check the back storage and then the warehouse. Eventually with some help from Sue they were able to find me literally the last pair ship it to the Welwyn store a day later. Such an amazing and patient team! Their dedication made my day so much better! Thank you both!
