Fantastic customer service
I went to a store as I had 2 Christmas presents I needed to exchange for a larger size. Colette from the Welwyn store was so helpful and patient as I was exchanging on behalf of my housebound mum so not straight forward. Great customer service!

I like Fat Face as a store
I like Fat Face as a store. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. I think the amount you have to spend for free delivery is a bit high so am glad you are now doing free click and collect although sometimes it is a bit slow.
