0 stars! Avoid at all cost! Cancelled our holiday without us knowing and only found out the day before when we rung hotel! Awful service lies upon lies. Left us a group of 15 with 5 young children 2 of which have additional needs and they don’t care and won’t give refund! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Paid over £6000 for a £13000 holiday with no respons and no refund from company they have used fake Atol number dissolved company and opened it again under a different name don't use absolute scam!

Scam company. Listen to Joe Duffy, RTE, radio 1, from the 19th of April. Company have scammed thousands of pounds from customers.

You have given a 4 star review of a company who scam thousands of pounds of unsuspecting customers why would do that you should be warning customers instead

Dublin's RTE Radio on April 29 2023 has highlighted at least GBP 50k in lost customer holiday payments with Felix Holidays and Lukas Edwards. You need to do better in researching this tragic loss of hard-earned cash from Irish people. Why does this co target Ireland on its Facebook marketing strategy??

Felix but this particular company is being discussed on Rte radio 1 in Ireland at the moment and it's not good!Stories of how customers were treated is shocking.

There was a lady crying on the radio (RTE, Ireland) who has lost her entire retirement lump sum of £14,000+, which was to be for a trip to Disneyland for her entire family. How do those Felix Holidays(?) crooks sleep at night !!

No stars booked for marisas can't get intouch with anyone for my money back can any one help ???

Scammers we are due to start the holidays in from the 8th of May for 14 nights. Paid £2,800. No response no booking of flights or hotels looks like we got scammed. Hopefully Will have to claim under S75 claims from the bank.

Fuming! We booked our honeymoon to Dubai & Maldives for next year, only just found out after paying out £2100 to them already to have a bank transfer returned and finding out their account is closed, looks like we have been scammed also, I feel sick to teeth, what are the chances of getting our money back, we are just pleased we hadn’t paid the full amount, we will fight this case as much as we can now, what’s everyone else recommend

Scammers do not book with these people I’m one of the lucky ones who only paid a deposit which I doubt I will ever get back the bank are doing an investigation but some people have been scammed thousands of pounds or left stranded in destinations. Check out the Facebook page scammed by Felix holidays there is hundreds of people affected by this.

NO STARS !!! horrible experience !! This company are a scam, please do not use !! Find a reputable company and book your holiday ! We have paid for a holiday to the maldives, that doesn't exist. They take your money and run. We are trying to get our money back but they are clever and know all the loop holes. I don't understand why they still have 4 stars ? !

I booked my once in a lifetime holiday for my family last July choosing this travel agent based on reviews read here and -Tol protected stamp on ad-all lies-no atol, no holiday-13700£ scammed off me from a ‘Man’ who’s name is attached to a long list of companies-unusual ????.my family and I are devastated and I have lost more than my annual pension worth in the process-do not not not deal with this company ever-appalling

They don't even deserve 1 star, some mockery, they cancel hotels without informing anything, scammers
