This company are an absolute joke. I have paid over £6,200 for a holiday to Thailand. Their communication and professionalism has been appalling. They have cancelled my holiday and despite numerous promises to refund my money they have not done so. I am just one of several hundred people who have had the misfortune to book a holiday through Felix Tours and Travel. Devestated booked a holiday to Paris for October. I went to do a bank transfer but the sort code kept saying incorrect which I found really strange as I’ve been making regular payments since October last year. I then message and they read my messages and don’t reply. No contact number it’s an American line. Literally no way to get my refund I look back to trust pilot and within one week all these bad reviews!!!! Please help how do I seek my money back??

It seems Felix HOLIDAYS have hidden behind the good reputation of Felix Travels.

Would not buy anything from these they are on all the groups for disney and I'm sure others for ripping people off and leaving them on holidays with no accommodation they are a disgrace

Company have cancelled holidays and not providing refunds . A lot of people have been scammed out of their hard earned money
Staff have not been paid
Sad that we may all have to go through the legal process , to try to regain what is owed

I have paid for a holiday to Disney land and with one payment to go i have contacted the contact center and been told today 28th of March 2023 Please note that as our director Lukas Edward has not paid the staff or does not respond to us so we have discontinued call center operations,

This company is absolutely fraudulent! They took all my money for a holiday and never replied back to my messages and emails. I was left without money and without holiday, which should be a special gift for our lovely daughter's birthday. I am so angry that I was scammed.

We booked a holiday for November 2023 to Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Bali. We’ve paid the deposit and 3 instalments before we became suspicious. They couldn’t send us the link to make our March payment because “one of their customers paid from a Russian bank account. So their bank account were frozen for safety reasons”. They are no longer replying to emails and I have joined over 300 people in a Facebook group called Scammed By Felix Holidays.
I’m one of the lucky ones, lots of customers have been left stranded with no transfers, hotels or holiday park tickets in a foreign country. This company is an absolute disgrace! Avoid at all costs!!

I booked a holiday to Iceland and was very doubtful about the company as it was not Atol or Abta protected and i didnt get tickets until the day before ....But went to iceland in Nov 2022 and all was as it should of been. Booked disneyland paris break with them and paid for it and now not getting any response apart from being told Lukas the MD has not paid the staff etc etc ...SCAMMED .....our Disney break was not ment to be until December 2023 but as ive now been scammed i can not afford to book with someone else .Ive been trying to get answers since 20th March

Do not book with this company.
We paid for a package holiday for our children's Xmas present to go to Disneyland Paris. Paid monthly received all documentation which looked and seemed legit. To then be told the night before it had all been cancelled. And when I rang all the places we had supposedly booked they no cancelled it all 24 hours before hand. It's a complete scam they know exactly what their doing. They have us all fake documents but yet told it it was cancelled by supplier. All lies and completely professionally orchestrated to scam so many people from their money. follow Facebook page scammed by Felix holidays and read all the heart breaking stories before you choose this company.

something Needs to be done about Lukas Edwards the so called Director of finance in the company the only thing he’s good at is transferring everyone’s money into his own bank account

This is a scam. Holiday cancelled with 48hrs notice.

Absolute scammers. Please do not book with them. I did and lost all our money. They cancelled our holiday the day before flying. Might seem legitimate but they’re NOT. I dealt with Shaun, Jessica and Harry.

I'm going to continue to inform people of this sham company until they are out of business as they are stealing money from hard earning members of the public.

They promise you a great holiday then keep the money you pay.

They’re scammers!!
3 adults and 5 children stranded at Charles de Gaulle airport after Felix had cancelled the full holiday.
We had a choice to go straight back home and leave our kids heartbroken or pay again for the full holiday.
There is a group on Facebook ‘scammed by Felix holidays’… please join this group before thinking of booking with this company. If only we had done the same before.

Booked Disney land paris break through these people
2 days before we were flying out I messsged to ask if we had to activate the park tickets gets a message back saying problem with supplier so to purchase tickets on the gate when we arrive anyway after a long pointless conversation I booked them direct with Disney itself .
I asked about the transfer from the airport to hotel no reply the y messaged me at 1.20 on the morning we flew out to say it’s also been cancelled . Thank god I went with my gut and booked a transfer whilst we still on the uk !! My daughter is pregnant and we would have been stranded in a foreign county !
Very surprised we had a hotel room to be honest ,
Absolute con artists and now surprise surprise no reply from them .
We didn’t let it ruin our time away but now we are back I’m bloody furious .

DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IM OUT 1000S AS THE ARE BRANKRUPT! MY PARIS TRIP ON MARCH 15TH THEY CANCELED HOTEL, TRANSPORTATION and possibly our Disneyland tickets. HAD ALL E TICKETS AND I GET CALL TONIGHT FEOM TRAVEL AGENT THAT IT ALL WORTHLESS!!!
