Terrible Customer Service

Booked to go skiing in Borovets Bulgaria. Firstly they didn't provide the ski voucher for the lift passed and equipment hire so had to pay for those again on arrival. Told to contact Lukas for a refund and was provided with an email address. He does not respond to emails which was confirmed by his colleagues who said he doesn't even respond to them. Still waiting for a response and a refund. Secondly booked in the Radina Way Hotel and paid for an upgrade to a family room which should have included a king size bed and a double for my 16 year old. Received an email late the night before travel to advise we are no longer staying in the Radina Way but have been booked in the Lion Hotel. This was very late and could easily be missed. When we arrived we were booked into a twin room with a small put me up bed for my son and two single beds. No family rooms were available and was told that is what we booked, when clearly it wasn't. Again no contact from company or Lukas when asked for a refund of upgrade cost.Would I use them again or recommend them to anyone. NO NEVER

I would put 0 if possible.

I would put 0 if possible.
We booked a holiday January 2022 multi destination and due to being wary online we researched first and all seemed above board and we paid deposit with regular communication - nothing to be concerned about!!
Fast forward to nov 22 and we had paid for our holiday in full £2800 and were told flights had increased and we had to pay another £1000 or chose to cancel our holiday with full refund which we did!
I am now still waiting for my refund after being told I would have it 2 weeks ago last week then today!
Bryan - apparat’s helpful but I doubt they are different people at this stage

Avoid relies calls! I’ve reported to national fraud agency this morning
Not only is this issue of the money but u had arranged a private operation needed by my son we were discharged last week as they did not refund as promised (even with transaction screen shot) I’ve now paid a deposit to readmitted him never mind the emotional distress they are away we require the money for his procedure by 5pm today and still being ignored and no evidence of refund!
It is resssuring to know we will have the money back as some of you have but this does not solve my issue of today!! Absolutely horrific and disgusting
Avoid!! I will never book online again

I would rate 0 stars if I could

I would rate 0 stars if I could, myself and friend booked a 2 week trip to Orlando Florida plus 2 week Disney park tickets, paid for everything and got super excited as we were due to be there just before Christmas.

When I messaged in October to enquire about our flight, hotel and park vouchers I was told nothing had been booked and if I still wanted to go on the trip it would cost almost a thousand pounds more so they could go ahead and book everything as they couldn't honour the deal that I actually booked.

We are now in March and I am still chasing my refund, this company has told me lie after lie after lie, and have now turned to flat out ignoring me.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers like the plague it is not worth the stress

Don’t not use this company!There is a Facebook page scanned by Felix Holidays will tell you all you need to know.I have booked a trip to Disneyland for my three children and we arrived yesterday(05/08/2023)Our hotel had been cancelled the night before by their room booking.Two hours later our hotel tickets were cancelled.We contacted them to be told the tickets are paid but we can see they have been cancelled.Children’s trip destroyed and three children left stranded in a foreign country should be all the assurance you need to not take the risk with this company.

Felix holiday travel agency scam

We booked our holiday which seemed all above board until we queried for our vouchers. Excuse after excuse and not fourth coming. Spoke to MD Harry, excuse about forex rates with suppliers, then get told that the holiday will be cancelled. Requested refund but still no action..... Laying police charges for fraud against directors. "" "" DO NOT USE***

No holiday…No refund

Booked a long haul special holiday (New York / Las Vegas/ New Orleans for Mardi Gras) with friends all monies (a considerable sum) paid in full, when we asked for flight details 3 weeks before departure date told that the flights had not been booked and they could not honour the booking, and promised a full refund.
The refund is STILL not made consistently being fobbed off (cheques in the post / fraud activity on bank so account suspended/ we’ve transferred money)
On checking it appears that we are far from the only customers effected adding to what must be 10s of thousands of pounds owed to customers in refunds
Customer service awful, director not responsive, and when questioned lies about refunds being made

Still being told lies about my refund

Still being told lies about my refund. Despicable ethics on the part of the manager, if that's what you can call him. Mind you, he doesn't even know what his name is. Is it Lukas Edwards, Lucas Kadper, Lucas Benedict. He changes it constantly. The company continually dissolves only to become active again.
I can only advise anyone tempted by the Facebook adverts, posted by Felix Holidays, not to book with them. Have a look at the Scammed by Felix Holidays Facebook Page. You will get some idea of how many people have been conned by the company.

DISHONEST - FAKE - SCAM

DISHONEST, SCAM, DO NOT USE
Please ignore the 5 star reviews below, they are all fake.

We have recently paid £16K to Felix holidays for a once in a lifetime family trip to Barbados for 6 people.
Felix Holidays then cancelled the holiday and WILL NOT refund us. We DID not cancel the holiday, the flights were never booked.
We have instructed the bank and lawyers to now contact Felix holidays on our behalf. I am happy to share all correspondence to anyone who wants to see the evidence, including FRAUDULENT emails from stripe their credit card company.
This company is not legitimate, please do not book with this company.

We have previously travelled with a legitimate version of this company, which sadly no longer exists. Please save your money from being taken. I have evidence from employees within the business staying they are in trouble with the bank, no matter how many times they say they are going to refund you, they never come.

Companies house details are suspect - take a look for yourself. Remember you can register any address to a business even if it is fake.

Do not use this company and share far and wide that this is illegitimate. GDPR regulations are not followed. You can call and give a name and they will give you all details without checking any security questions.

Company has been reported for multiple offences including all of the above.

A fab holiday once again organised by Bryan and the Team at Felix Holidays

I have just arrived back , landing early hours 24/02/23 from a beautiful 4 days in Rome organised by Bryan, my second mini break with Felix Holidays.
Long haul holidays I book with TUI so took a chance with mini breaks with this provider as don’t usually go outside my comfort zone but saw a package to Disney last year and this was more competitive than TUI with passes included

They have not disappointed!!!

Bryan is my go to person ,my Paris trip last Easter to Disney and wanting a hotel that had easy accessibility to sites after visiting parks was accommodated and no issues at all… price reasonable too!!!

Bryan and his colleagues always check in on my return - TUI don’t do this

Arriving back from Rome yesterday again , all wonderful

Hotel in Rome amazing.. 5 minutes walk from Trevi fountain and Pantheon 15 mins walk from Rome termini as we didn’t arrange transfers, but love that , it adds to the holiday… and Bryan was so informative about transport links was so easy to get to our hotel, which was gorgeous and included a roof top area and only half an hour walk Ron Vatican City

Hotel in Rome was amazing , breakfast included all 5Star… so impressed thank you Bryan for accommodating us as a family. 2 A and a 15 year old

Customer service I find amazing, Bryan is so accommodating, professional and willing to amend requests all the time as I have changed my mind a few times. Nothing too much trouble!

I have spoken to Bryan on the phone and through chat, had my tickets and boarding passes for both breaks promptly . Then spoke with Ben 2 days before my flight to Rome as realised a small error on documentation but all solved even though it was just before 10pm sorted and seats booked and check in completed.

I am really happy with this company. I always aim for 5 star on our holiday and so far have had these experiences with Bryan and the team. I cannot comment on anyone else’s experiences, having seen some of the reviews, but as a family who holiday throughout the year, Felix Holidays are now my go to provider for my short haul..
I have recommended to my friends and family who cannot believe the service and prices and are aiming to book also

There have been no issues or concerns for me only compliments, and this makes a massive difference when feeling reassured and confident with a tour operator

Any questions please ask but am looking forward to my
Package for October which Bryan has already started working on… cannot wait

Thank you guys, you didn’t disappoint, Rome a wonderful memory making experience co ordinated once again by Bryan and the team!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever had

Worst customer service I've ever received from a company, finally got my refund today, only took 3 months of nagging even tho my original holiday was cancelled December 2021 I waited till now to actually receive all money back

Disneyland Paris

I had a very negative feeling about the company because of the bad reviews, but... I booked a vacation in Disneyland Paris with Ben and everything went great. I had a million questions but Ben was very kind. excellent accommodation in the staycity hotel for adults and children. great deal price for 4 nights. we had a great fun. I am very satisfied with the agency. I recommend and we will book with them again. thanks a lot Ben

Friendly, Caring Travel Agents

Booked a Holiday with Felix Travel to Disney Paris in October 2022 for 1st of January 2023. There was so many options to choose from with flights and hotels etc me changing my mind of several occasions to try and suit all the family but I cant commend Felix Travel for the patience. To be honest I felt embarrassed how many times i chopped and changed and they stuck with me so 5 stars for that.
Getting close to the time Felix travel got in contact to say there was an issue with there supplier for the park tickets and where exhausting all avenues to get new ones for us. They kept me updated all the time. We did source tickets at the desk at Disney on the day we arrived which was grand and had to purchase new tickets in which Felix Travel agreed to refund. I got the refund back on to my credit card with no hassle from them. So another 5 stars for that. Also they gave us another nights stay and an extra day in the park and covered the cost of the change of flights and the hotel which was an added bonus. Things happen that can be out of peoples control especially in todays circumstances but Felix Travel pulled out all stops for us to have the best holiday and the kids loved every minute of it.

We booked a holiday with them to Florida which included a car Disney passes and the Villa. We paid £1500 deposit and would pay the rest when it was due. nine months before the holiday I was asking when are our flights and they kept fobbing me off, saying they will check with their suppliers. Eventually during one telephone conversation, they were hinting at something, and I said to cut the bull out and tell me what you want. for me to continue with the booking they wanted an extra £1000. The holiday was already costing me almost £15,000 but because things have gone up they wanted more money. So I told them I wanted to cancel. I emailed them give them my bank details and had to wait 45 working days. 45 days came and went no money rang them up. There is a problem with our banking system They said of course there is I thought. Then they promised me a check they even took a picture of a check and sent me it that was two weeks ago I’ve still not received the check although they say they have sent it second-class recorded delivery. So after many many telephone calls I’ve lost count and eventually threatening to take them to court They said they would do a refund to my credit card. I got my refund this week all of it back which is great news so anybody having problems with this company just look them up on companies house it will give you the name of the directors and their addresses so you can see where to send your court papers to but just do as I did keep ringing, and most importantly, stay clear of them.

SCAMMERS

I doubt any of the 5 star reviews are genuine! Like others this company have failed to deliver a holiday, they have admitted we are due a refund and yet they will not return our money. I have engaged trading standards to investigate. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY, DONT BUY INTO THE LIES THEY WILL SHARE. We're now into April and the refund that was promised in November and reconfirmed by Felix in their response in Feb has still not arrived.......read into that what you will!

Booked a holiday with felix

Booked a holiday with felix. Arrived at the gates of Disney Paris to find out the 3 day tickets we purchased through them didn't work. Our holiday was ruined!! Promised if we paid for more tickets on arrival we would recieve refund the same day. Still not recieved refund. Our holiday was completely ruined, we lost out on bookings in Dosney and used our spending money to purchase tickets again.
Shocking customer service amd still not replying to my emails.
