Deliveries
We have had two deliveries now. It has very simple and drivers have been very helpful.
Although, you get a text and email with a delivery slot. If it is an afternoon slot you don't get a message until midday. It would be useful to get the tracking number on the morning of the delivery. This just makes it easier to plan your day.

Efficient ordering and delivery was pleasing. Delivery via Montgomery transport was superb with young driver going out of his way to please.
Less than 100per cent happy with the product.
An abundance of very small pieces barely larger than kindling.
Many awkwardly shaped pieces cut at branch joints,difficult to store.
I would have like a better proportion of larger logs iny mix.
A few damp pieces covered in green moss....in the centre of the 4 layer stack. How could this happen?
A lot of loose dirt to clear up afterwards.
I bought FIRST QUALITY OAK and felt it was substandard.
Consequently 3 star for product but 5 for company organisation
I will be returning to my original supplier if prices remain comparable.

Great quality logs!
The logs were taken to our garage which made it. easier to unload. The logs were good sizes and none that would be too big for the log burner.

As per your order, the product purchased was our B-Grade firewood. This is a discounted product sold on an “as is” basis, and as outlined at the point of purchase, log size and diameter can vary significantly from our standard specifications, with some pieces being thinner or smaller than typical logs. There may also be visible mould, discolouration, or higher moisture content, as these crates do not meet our usual quality control standards.
These products are offered at a reduced price due to such variations, however, they are still suitable for burning and are expected to provide good heat output.
