The order always arrives quickly. The technical and sales people are superb, and your prices are competitive. A great company to purchase from, can I buy some shares!

Just tested the pump and for the size IWas surprised at how much water it actually pumped out. The important thing for me was that it could drain to the lowest point. Hope I never have to use it in a flooding situation but confident it will cope. Only downside was it was delivered to the wrong address but it was only around the corner.

Web site is misleading regarding delivery. Firstly it states Next day delivery, then states delivery in 3 weeks. The order confirmation states the item is in stock, ready for shipment. Finally stating shipment will be in 2-3 days.

Found what i required in borehole pump, found large selection available fast. Delivered next day and on time. Very happy with products and service provided.

You delivered my pump, but haven't delivered the piping, without the piping it's useless

suggest when selling the discharge hose you include a jubiliee clip as this is obviously needed secure the house to the pump.

Ordered the Swimm swimming pool pump. Website was easy to navigate, ordered online with quick delivery. Pump arrived next day. Working well, quiet too. Recommend.

I would be very wary of this company if anything is needed urgently. I ordered a submersible pump (EGO 500 GI) from FPS on the 24/03/25 - @ 3PM, It was delivered 26/03/25 @ 2PM. Next working day delivery was not met, this needs to be addressed on their website properly. Not only in small writing. Flooding is urgent, and when you put across your website saying next day delivery it fools worried people looking for quick fixes, only to then click on it and it not be guaranteed.

To follow on from our initial frustration - We'd ordered the same pump from them previously in 2021, it was working great. A highly recommended pump. We had no issues. But sadly, as time goes on it went out of order, so we needed a new one(quickly). When the new one was delivered, we switched it out and within 10 minutes, the pump started spitting the water out of the seam, there was water everywhere. We called the support team ASAP, only to then be told we need to make an enquiry online for their 'ticket system' - again, if anything is needed urgently, this is not your go to company. The team got back to us quickly, suggesting we might have handled the pump roughly, can we not just push it back in? We replied and said no, the product is stiff and can't be pushed back in, and we attached images. Followed with an email from them saying did we not notice the seam when it arrived? No we didn't, the seam was not noticeable until the water was gushing out. Also, why would we be delivered a faulty pump in the first place? We was told multiple times that they've never any incidents/damages during transport. The support team then replied and said we have two options: 1. Try pushing the base back in(we can't and what if it damages the product more? We will be liable). 2. We have to pay to send it back to the manufacturer, for them to conduct an investigation. If the damage is found to be due to rough handling (which is impossible) then it isn’t covered under warranty - a £200 pump, used for 10 minutes and is broken, not covered by warranty. Is ridiculous. We spoke with one of the directors of the company as this was outrageous by this point. We asked why we need to pay to have it sent to the manufacturer? He said he runs a business. So do we, however your company stocked a faulty item and now, me as a consumer has to pay? To add to the situation they wouldn't offer a replacement. The item needs to be investigated first, its clearly broken if water is gushing out of the seam and not pumping it? The investigation will result in another say week for this issue to be sorted. While we as a micro business are struggling, using buckets to manage, they pocket our £200 and tell us to cough up the fee to send it back to the manufacturer.

Terrible customer service. Flooding is an urgent matter. They have a 'I can't be bothered' attitude. A consumer paying to have a faulty item sent back is ridiculous. We've brought and used the same pump previously from FPS, with no issues. Worked perfectly and for them to suggest they might class this as rough handling and it might not be covered under warranty and to lose £200 as a micro business is insulting.

Knowledgeable and swift

Half of my order is missing in the delivery ! What a disaster ! I specifically ordered as they say they can deliver in 24 hours ! They forgot to add that the delivery is 24 hours but incomplete ! Not a happy customer

The pump is great now that we have found out how to adjust the sensors. The sales staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you.

Caveat Emptor!!! Do NOT use this supplier!!!
Bought a submersible pump online with spec of 100 l/m and auto demand. It delivers 30 l/m and has to be recycled every time. Reported this to the company - 1 email with full details and then asked to input it all AGAIN on their online form, then a second form to an unrelated testing company to “verify” the fault, oh and yeah please also pay all of the postage back for the faulty piece of junk we supplied.
You can’t talk to customer service as they operate a “ticketing system” and they “will try” and get back to you within 48 hours but only if you fill in their online form, so basically no customer service until you are luck enough to ask PayPal for help!
They will also try and argue that your consumer rights to reject faulty goods are subject to their decision to REPAIR A NEW PUMP!!!
Bad, non existent customer service - buy from a different supplier for your own peace of mind.

Further to the usual long winded word salad that is the standard reaction to the many criticisms on this site regarding the lack of customer service this company shows. Firstly they are not authorised distributors of DAB pumps,but are a second tier retailer via another authorised distributor, which until I spoke to DAB today I did not appreciate. Secondly we did start to cooperate with the process right up to the point where our consumer rights were being tacitly ignored and where we were expected to pay for the return of the faulty unit for “assessment” and when the company involved has no customer facing staff available to speak to on the phone (it’s a recorded message wit a get back to you in 48 hours message as long as you go online and book it!!) and their attitude to problems is so poor it is disingenuous to expect us to trust their opinion. Sorry to disabuse you of your obviously sincerely held belief that you can interpret the law any way you want and ignore the bits you don’t like, you can’t. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you like good customer service.

As for their insinuation of uncooperative attitude they have choosen to ignore the fact that having sent a long a detailed email giving them every detail they needed we then at their request transferred it all to their online form, THEN completed a second form for a separate company (NOT DAB uk!) and that they have been informed that we are paying for the pump to be sent back to them via Royal Mail tomorrow which they acknowledged via PayPal - funny how that is interpreted by them as “uncooperative with their process, when that is the process!!
They have also been informed that having spoken to DAB uk we measured the output AT THE PUMP (so no distance or pipe size - another distraction) and it outputs 30 l/m instead of 100 l /m which they were told about in detail in an email and two forms but as is the obvious approach to customer service by this company is to delay, obfuscate and dissuade it is not surprising that their defence contains glaring factual inexactitudes.
The good reviews rarely needed customer service - ALL of the bad reviews did and that is no coincidence.

Prompt and efficient service

To someone my age who isn't confident buying online it was a joy to be able to make a phone call and speak to a human being and not a computer. The person l spoke to was very knowledgeable about the item l was after and answered all my questions.

The item has been delivered when it was expected , l haven't had to unpack it yet , that's for tomorrow. Very satisfied with my treatment from this company.
