This book not only haunted the author but it also haunted the reader. It is one of the best books that I own from the folio society and I highly recommend it. Price isn’t cheap but quality is the best there is out there. And the illustrations are just incredible! You will not regret purchasing this book. I have even thought about purchasing multiple copies. I recommend reading it before watching the series. The series adds a lot to the story but the book is what laid the roots and the foundation for everything.

The illustrations are fabulous. However the printing of the name on the spine is a bit imperfectly done. The red of the "Handmaid's Tale" seems to bleed out onto the grey. Also, it is printed in China, which makes me not love it quite that much.
