Purchased a 2018 Triumph Tiger 1200…

Purchased a 2018 Triumph Tiger 1200 explorer LRH after seeing it on line. Spoke initially with Mike who was extremely helpful with me as I live in Northern Ireland, few days later I telephoned again to ask some other questions and felt assured by Phil Howell that this was the bike I would be buying. Paid my deposit and a week or so later transferred the balance and flew into Bristol to collect . All of the staff from my arrival , car park guys , restaurant staff , clothing department and Mike and Phil in Triumph were attentive and courteous at all times. My dealings although brief was so easy and when I asked a question these guys were on it and answered immediately. Be happy to buy another bike from Phil or Mike at Fowler’s.ps thank you for the Mega breakfast . I made it up to Holyhead in good time despite the rain and love the bike.

Fowlers Worked to Make Things Right

I had difficulties caused by KTM electrical build quality which took my new Superduke R off the road for a significant part of the 2018 season. Fowlers were always efficient and pro-active trying to get things sorted out and trying to make sure I was a satisfied customer. My assumption earlier -- that they would be too big to care much -- was completely wrong. Finally they went the extra mile and fixed up a deal with KTM to balance the situation as best they could. I was impressed. Particular praise for the customer satisfaction manager (Sara Gubb) and Jo and Zoe on the service desk. (And of curse there were lots of good conversations with sales staff en route, while waiting for the bike.)
