The website is easy to use

The website is easy to use, with great options to help tailor your product. The information about delivery was good but not overwhelming, and the frames when they arrived were well protected and met my needs. I did need help from customer support, about an issue of my own making. But they were so helpful and couldn't have tried harder. I don't know why I would ever get my frames from anyone else ever again! Kudos to Ian & Elliott.

Best site on the market for bespoke framing.

Very good website for bespoke framing.Perfectly accurate, speedy, efficient delivery.All good.
Only grouch would be that i wish the delivery contractors (dpd i believe) would ring the door bell to say they had left the item in the hallway. This way, i could’ve gone down immediately to pick the item up, instead of finding out online, that it was sitting in the hallway for anyone coming and going in the block to help themselves if they so felt like it.
This is in no way any fault of Frames.co.uk
