Brilliant quality . I keep going back for more I must have 20 frames now

The frame, acrylic front, fixings and instructions all good. Unfortunately the company is let down by delivery. I was informed the frame would be here on Thursday but this was subsequently changed to next working day. I was not told if delivery would occur on a bank holiday. I waited in to no effect. I traced parcel and was advised delivery, which had to be signed for, would be between 13:09 and 14:09. I had to be out between 11:15 and 12:55, when I returned. I left a note on the door noting back at 13:00. On my return, I found the large parcel propped vertically against the front door in full view of the road. So... no signature required and parcel left for any opportunistic thief to take. In future, I will buy a frame from a reputable local business and bring it home by taxi.

Great website easy to use and lots of choice. Arrived in great time, very well packaged. Very good quality. and great communication from seller. Would have no hesitation buying from again.

The custom mounts that I ordered were produced and shipped very quickly.
The packaging was very strong ensuring that, barring a rampant rhino, the mounts would arrive intact and unbent.

I contacted frames.co.uk following an error with my order. I phoned the company the next day to amend my order and was put through very quickly to Wayne in customer services , who was polite, professional and knowledgeable . He listened intently to my issue and advised me that he would make immediate contact with the team making my frame to inform them regarding the requested change . I was advised that I would be called back , which I was within 10 minutes and informed that my requested to change my order was successful . As I requested the omission of a product,a discount to my order was added , which generated a new invoice .
The new invoice was emailed to me by Wayne , within minutes following cessation of the call .

It is very rare to receive such excellent customer service , and I will happily buy from this company again as a result .
