The perspective bent and split while…
The perspective bent and split while fitting the metal hooks that hold the Perspex in place would not bend back into place after the print was placed inside. Awful quality. I have taken the print to a framing shop. Complete waste of money. Cheap and nasty.

Poor instructions to fit frame and product info
Bought a non-reflective 80 x 120cm frame. Enclosed instructions advised to have "a minimum 2 people to fit and hand the artwork". I paid someone to come and do that, only to then find it's reflective.
When I emailed to report the problem, I was told: "Even we do not know which way around it goes until the protective film is peeled off." Yet, they didn't think to mention this in their hanging instructions! Their suggestion was to take it down and try it the other way round. So now I have to pay someone, again, to come and take it down and re-fit it, in the blind hope that it's merely the 'wrong way round', as opposed to the wrong one being sent in the first place. An absolute palaver with unexpected, added expense!
