TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE.
Took forever to get here. Poor communication. And then when they did get here they were open and faded yellow. Such a colossal waste. And I missed my friends birthday bc of the inaccurate shipping quote time. Stay away.

1 star is still too much!

Product never arrived, in order to resend the product they wanted to charge me another 10 pounds for a tiny package. A refund is also not available. Scam.

Just to be clear:
The initial 14£, but also the then requested 10£ are more than DHL charges a regular customer. Also I was never notified the package had arrived, so how am I supposed to know that I should pick it up?

1 star, would give 0 if possible.

Thank you for your review. To clarify, the item was shipped to the correct address, but it was not collected by the recipient from the postal service. As a result, the package was returned to us. We offered to resend the parcel for the cost of £10, which only covers the re-shipping fees for this international order. Since the failure to collect the package was not due to an error on our part, we were unable to issue a refund. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings, and we appreciate your understanding.

Don’t bother!

Arrived all bent and the finish cut on them rubbish- smell lasts all of a hour once removed from packaging

I love them

I love them. Got ones of my little boys face. A great addition to the father's day gifts for my husband. Also bought one for my mum and one in my car. Loved them so much that I'm going to order them regularly as he grows.

Low quality

Low quality. And they do what they want and they not even bothered to ask you if you like it .... you paid for one thing but you get totally different.....disappointed and never buying no more....

Avoid

Placed an order for a car Air freshener on 9th December. It still hasn't arrived. Even after numerous attempts at contacting customer service they still have not replied. I understand this is somewhat of a "first world problem" but very annoying and I hate having to leave a bad review. But I would not recommend using this company.

Poor services…

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, still yet to receive it. I emailed customer service as processing time is supposedly 3 - 7 working days, Ramona advised it would be dispatched between Christmas and New Year as I had missed the Christmas cut off, no problem at all. It is now 4th January and my order has still not been dispatched, I emailed Ramona multiple times since then and have still not received a reply. Customer service is a joke, wouldn’t recommend.
Edit: received my order finally, quality is nothing like shown online and it is a lot smaller than expected. Not worth the money or the time.

No Sign of Order & Poor Customer Service

I ordered some air fresheners on 29/11/23, which have still not arrived. Chased and emailed numerous times and have only received one rude response, stating that the processing time was between 3-7 business days. However, when I sent that email and got a reply, it had been 10 business days, so their point was irrelevant. It's now been 14 business days and there's still no sign of my order or any sign of a reply. It is extremely frustrating as these were part of a Christmas gift plan that has now been affected. I work in e-commerce myself and understand delays can happen, but good customer servicing and understanding go a long way. I've had none of that.

Returning customer thanks to Ramona!

This is the 2nd time I have worked with Ramona and she has been nothing but beyond amazing! She has been extremely attentive from beginning to end. We ordered in bulk for our law firm and we loved the quality of the air fresheners! The only thing I wish was that the scent would be stronger, but maybe that is just my preference.

Great bit of merch!

In the process of a big rebrand for a client, we wanted something cool but relevant to their sector - that's when we came across Freshenify! What was great about these guys was that you could order small quantities which was ideal for our presentation. The process was super simple, uploaded the artwork on the Friday, paid & delivered to us on the following Thursday. Great turnaround, product is awesome and the smell is great too. Huge shoutout to Ramona for helping us out when the client requested a late change - Ramona updated the artwork for us with no issue at all. Great service, we'll be back!

Ordered a personalised car air freshener and looks amazing!
I got a very speedy response when I asked if the imagine was okay and was quickly reassured. The item itself looks very clear and arrived so quickly!

The customizes Air Fresheners is so cute and it smells really good but not to overpowering. The shipping to the States took a bit of time but it was well worth the wait - so don't wait any longer - buy it now so you will be enjoying it that much sooner.

Tight deadline met with great service

We had a large order for an upcoming event which had a very tight deadline working around multiple bank holidays. they arrived earlier than expected. The print was great and they smell very nice too. I would like to mention that we dealt with Ramona and the service we received was very good! we would use Freshenify again
