I personally do not find this review fair, as we have agreed we have refunded the full amount for you, unfortunately Royal Mail lost your parcel as you can see the provided tracking number.

I am really sure that we have offered to re-send the product, which has been not accepted, and we have refunded you the whole amount, so I don't really see the point after that why did you left this review.

Please consider to modify it, because it is really affect us as a small business.

The wait was worth it!

Overall , I love it, and I’m keeping it forever so the pros outweigh the cons.I ordered it feb 10 and got it May 7. I live in Southern California and paid $13 shipping but it all makes sense considering it comes from another country lol. I was kind of concerned bc I just sent in my picture and didn’t get a preview of how it would be cropped but I was not disappointed! The picture was clear and size & crop were perfect. I got 2 of my pup for my boyfriend and I to have in our cars and we love it. It’s pretty thick , not flimsy and smells pretty strong for about a week. I got fresh Linnen scent which kind of smells like play dough but that may not be saying much since I’m really sensitive to smells. I got it for the picture not the scent so it doesn’t really matter lol

Greedy company that cannot fulfil orders as promised

Do not recommend at all. I ordered before their last order Christmas date and my item wasn't even DISPATCHED until after Christmas.

I can forgive if it's delays due to strikes but they should stop taking orders or take down the last order date if they can't reach the demand and even dispatch in time for it to have any hope to arrive before Christmas. They put something up on their website asking customers to not leave bad reviews as there as postal strikes...but you shouldn't be greedy and take on orders you can't fulfil. The issue isn't with the strikes but with you not being able to run your business.

I emailed in concerned that if wasn't even sent and that I'd like to cancel my order but I haven't heard back from them almost 3 weeks later so their customer service is non existent. The air fresheners did eventually arrive after being dispatched in January. They don't even smell good and I feel scammed.

Delivery date/ postal strikes.

I can see a lot of people quick to come on here to slate a small business in the middle of postal strikes! I ordered pre Xmas and was a little disappointed to find I couldn’t track my order- but customer service were quick to respond and apologized and stated due to the delivery I selected I couldn’t track- my own fault for going with the cheapest option. After waiting patiently my order arrived a month from my order date. The customer service was fab. Love my 3 air fresheners! Before you jump on to attack a company make sure you choose tracked and quick delivery and pay the extra to ensure it arrives pre Xmas. Thankyou freshenify.

Great product and service

We ordered 6 personalised car air fresheners as Xmas presents and our children loved them! They make a great novelty gift for older children who are difficult to buy for.
Great service too, the supplier was quick to respond to queries and was very approachable, would definitely recommend.

Lies to get you to place an order

Website stated that if you place your order it will come in time for Christmas, I placed my order a week before Christmas and we are now on the 5th of January and it’s still not here. The company clearly lies to take your money and then refuses to give you a refund when they don’t fulfil their end of the contract.

Do not recommend!

Ordered x3 air fresheners and paid extra to receive them before Christmas, and they were supposed to be a gift for my husband.
They arrived way long after Christmas, and they just smell like piece of cardboard, there is no scent on them whatsoever.
I think I could do better with printing pictures myself at home.
Appalling!

Don’t waste your money!

Still not reviewed my air fresheners I purchased on 15th December. I paid for RM 1st class delivery. I understand with all the strikes this may have been late but still not received this or received any shipping notifications.

I’ve had to open a dispute with the bank. It’s a shame as this company have such a great idea just shame about the customer service - it looks likely with the other reviews that this could be a scam.

Awful service

Awful service, I ordered for 2 Christmas presents before their cut of date advertised. I have emailed twice and not received a response. The order has been shipped several days after Xmas so the delay cannot be blamed on postage problems! Shocking customer service and I advise anyone else not to order with them!

Never received

Paid for dpd tracked delivery. I received a dispatch notification but the tracking number shows the parcel was never sent. At first they replied to my email telling me when it would arrive, that day has been and gone and they are now ignoring me

Poor Service and Communication

Communication is very poor. Placed an order on 4th December on 6th December it said dispatched then on 12th December it said my order was being processed. Despite emailing and getting no reply tried various social media channels finally got a reply to say they would resend my order next day delivery as it’s a Xmas gift, no reply to any messages since and as of yet still not received order!

Chopped my hed off…

2 stars! The “custom” air freshener smells lovely (hence the 2 stars) but apart from that I am DISAPPOINTED!
I ordered a custom air freshener with mine and my friends faces on ONLY TO OPEN IT AND MY FACE HAS BEEN CHOPPED OFF!! THIS IS NOT ON! POSITIVELY FUMING!
