Really happy with my air freshener

Really happy with my order which was a gift for a friend. Nicely presented, smells amazing and the picture was cut out perfectly and looked fantastic. Had a slight issue (my fault) and Freshenify sorted it right out for me. The customer service is spot on and they look after you incredibly well making sure everything is in check. Can't fault them at all and will use again!

On the order page, it states the DELIVERY is 2-3 days, but excluding the processing time which is 3-5 days. We sent out your order within that timeframe on the 4th day after we received your order. Please note because they are all made separately, we need 3-5 working days to process the orders and print them out.

I placed an order for next day delivery…

I placed an order for next day delivery and paid an additional £4.00. I ordered in time and my parcel was dispatched the same day. Although I paid for this service, my parcel didn't arrive on time. I contacted the customer service team and asked if my delivery charge could be refunded as it wasn't delivered within the expected timeframe they state on their website. I was told that they were not responsible if an order is delivered late and that it is at the responsibility of the courier. They also advised that I should be happy that my parcel was delivered so quickly because their processing time is 5-10 working days.

I don't quite understand how you can advertise Next Day Delivery and take my money for a service you couldn't fulfil, and then assume I should be grateful because you dispatched it quicker than usual. Why state Next Day Delivery if your processing time is 5-10 business days? If this is the case, this is false advertisement.

Anyway, I got a reply saying they have refunded me and when I looked I couldn't believe it. They refunded me 74p. I'm not sure if this is a joke or not but I certainly am not accepting this. I will take it further if I do not receive my full delivery charge soon. I paid for Next Day Delivery with your company, it is your responsibility to deal with my enquiry instead of passing the blame onto a service who you are in contract with.

It was a gift which was received late whether it was through the courier or not you're the business I made my purchase with. Its VERY misleading to state something 'next day delivery' when it is infact it is not next day at all. Any business would take accountability for the late arrival however your customer service team just wanted to pass on the blame to myself and the courier. Giving me a 74p refund on a £4.00 delivery charge when you apparently arent at fault doesnt make sense either. Disgusting service and I would never purchase again or recommend.

The next-day delivery, as you could see on the check-out page, excluding the processing time, which could be 5-10 days, plus 1-day delivery, is mentioned in the shipping policy, which you accepted when you had purchased the product. Your parcel arrived in that period, sooner than they usually do.

Our delivery services explained: Evri standard[£2.43], and every next day[£3.17] (both excl. processing time) they are both tracked.

However, you purchased Evri Next day but only received it the day after, we have refunded the difference, which is £0.74, and the parcel was between the standard time frame.

You also have a chance to return the product if you do not like that, but you have never asked to do that, only wanted us to refund the total delivery amount even though it was delivered within the given timeframe.

Please note that we only acted as it was mentioned in the Shipping policy, which has been accepted.



UPDATE:

We have discontinued Next day service, so It can't happen anyone in the future and try to do everything to avoid these misunderstandings.

Took ages to arrive, the picture isn’t the best quality and the smell is a bit sickly.Not worth the money but it’s cute seeing my doggy’s face when I’m driving

Ordered a personalised air freshener as…

Ordered a personalised air freshener as a gift for a friend, I’ve not given it to her yet but I can’t wait to! It’s hilarious! The quality is perfect. They’ve cut the image to suit the freshener shape so well too. I’ve already noted down lists of people I intend on creating them for for the rest of this year. Really pleased with the product.
It is quite pricey for just an air freshener but it does look like you can get it cheaper when buying multiple but I haven’t worked out it that applies to just one personalised product ordered in quantity or if it also applies to ordering more than 1 different individual items created.
I look forward to my next creation!
