AWFUL

AWFUL - ordered a bed for my daughters birthday, said 4-6 weeks delivery and didn’t arrive in that time.
Queried with customer services to be told it’ll be at their warehouse in 10 days, chased again at the end of the 10 days to be told
15 working days plus 5-7 for delivery.

I have emailed asking for a refund but been ignored.

I want my money refunded ASAP to get my daughter a bed!!!

No bed delivered or refund despite ordering in January

We ordered a bed in January and it has still not been delivered or a refund given.

After some contact with the company and numerous updates and dispatch dates not being met, we requested a refund at the end of April and we’ve not had any response from the company or refund processed. We have sent emails, tried to call with no answer and also sent a refund request letter by post, all of which have been ignored.

We have now raised a case with Action Fraud UK and will report the company to Trading Standards.

Stay Away - Suspected Fraud

I’m afraid our experience has been all too similar to so many others on here. Order placed, money sent and then the delivery date goes by with no word. Of the countless times I have tried to call over weeks and weeks only once has the phone been answered and an update promised but never received. We are now around a month late on delivery date and have no other action than to report to UK and Polish fraud regulators and start CCJ action. Extensive research reports previous subsidiary companies having exactly the same operating model, late companies house filings and blatantly fake positive reviews amongst 1* ratings where people don’t even know how genuine the company is. We will not stop at just getting our money back - we need to ensure this doesn’t keep happening to other people too. I would add we invited the Company to resolve amicably before going down this route but the request was ignored.

Quite simply the worst company I have dealt with in a long time.
We ordered a bed for our son from this company after I was assured the delivery timeframe would be around 1 week (we needed this bed urgently hence why I contacted the company to clarify the delivery time). The bed did not arrive for 3 weeks and there was very little communication other than the occasional email to use the bank holidays as an excuse for the delay (surely they knew the bank holidays were coming up when I placed the order). When the bed finally arrived it was not fit for purpose. The bed slats were not wide enough for the bed making the bed unusable. I immediately contacted the company (on 16th May) to request a refund and information about how to return the fault item but despite numerous emails have had very little response other than ‘we are working on this’ and not heard anything more. Since then we have had to spend more money on another bed. Do not buy from this company.

I have now reported this company as a scam website as looking at all the reviews it seems they take your money and either don’t send the item or send faulty item and ignore all attempts to get a refund.

poor customer service

Overall we could be happy. We received the bed we ordered (Elias House bed) in the rough time of estimation however, it did get to us a week later than originally stated with no update given. The delivery company delivered it to the wrong address and dumped it into their front garden. Fortunately I recognised the house in the picture as around the corner from our flat (different post code and address just same number). However, the bed came without the manual. I have emailed from the makers 2x about this and left a message on the website and tried to call. The phone is just always busy so no chance of getting through and my emails remain unanswered. I would really like to check all the parts against a manual as I have had things missing in the past. Additionally, the manual is listed as coming with the purchase. Forgetting to include the manual is a mistake easily done, but I am really disappointed about the delivery and the costumer support.

SCAM COMPANY.

SCAM COMPANY.
I ordered a bed 4 months ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have called their phone number quite literally over a thousand times and it has only connected twice! Both times I was fobbed off and told someone would get back to me. They didn’t!
Numerous emails aswel with only a few replies from them.
I requested a refund from them 3 weeks ago. I was told it would be received within 14 days but nothing!
Reading previous reviews it’s very interesting that all the 5 stars reviews are from just the last week and all bought the castle floor bed. Obviously fake reviews trying to bump up their overall rating. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
And if someone from this joke company reads this and wants to check what I’m saying is correct here is the order number… 1000042254
I have made a report with Action Fraud and will be taking this further.

Horrible customer service

I was told lead time would be 4 - 6 weeks and now extended for another 2 weeks. Called several times and nobody picks up. Horrible customer service!!

The worst service and still no bed

Terrible customer service. Ordered in April, given a delivery date of 20 - 25 May and had nothing. I've emailed a number of times with no response and no pick up on the phone either. All I want is some communication and for my son's new bed to arrive. (Order no #1000042601 for you to check on if this gets your attention fromthemakers!)

Just an update on this a whole month later - bed frame arrived and no mattress. The most awful communication and service I have ever experienced, no response to emails and then my husband emails to ask for the mattress, is promised it's coming and has been shipped, yet it's still not here. Disgusting, I will never recommend.

Toddler bed

It arrived after 10 weeks. 4 weeks later than promised. Overal Disapointed with delivery and comunication. Furniture is really awesome so at least feel like it was worth waiting

AVOID- FAKE COMPANY

AVOID at all costs. Terrible service, with no intention to deliver goods or refund.
Ordered a bed in march, multiple promise of deliveries but never arrived. Offered a discount for inconvenience but I asked for a refund 1 month ago. Never got my money back. Wish I had read these reviews beforehand. Reported to action fraud and plan to take to trading standards.
They need to be stopped from trading as they are fraudsters. Our bank has offered to recover their details to start legal proceedings as they have closed down the company bank account.
I will not stop until I get my hard earned cash back

I have just received a full refund immediately after the above review. I still would not order again after the stress it has caused

Order placed and paid for in February

Order placed and paid for in February, still not received. Customer service is poor and very hard to get hold of. Every time I send an enquiry and ask for an update, I'm being told there is a further delay to the order. Not sure I am ever going to receive the bed at this rate. Would be good to improve customer services and give accurate delivery dates and updates that one can trust.

Bed ordered 8th March...still no bed. Paid in full

Ordered my son a bed 8th march -order number: 1000042392 - 4-6week wait time. Still no bed. Still no update. Have chased company several times. First excuse was due to wood processing partner causing delays. Then chased again and informed would be out for delivery in around 10 days, that was over 2 weeks ago and no response to emails chasing AGAIN. Appalling customer service. Paid in full. Will be escalating further if my purchase doesn't arrive ASAP.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company please. I have paid for a bed on the 15/02/2023 ""ref 1000042291" and I haven't received any bed neither a refund. Stupidly, I haven't read the reviews before ordering!! Now, I did a bit of research about this company and the guy who owns it, owns also another company Kikaboo.shop with the exact same results. I am not surprise if he has others.
So people be aware!!!! I have reported his company to action fraud and to my bank and if I don't get my money back, I will not stop here!!!!

Update:
After more than two months and promises I haven't received a refund yet. This guy M.L. is a scammer!!!! Please ignore the positive reviews.

Ordered Oak table

Update - caution required! very concerned about my payment! Promised a % refund for keeping damaged oak table but this has not been actioned. Little communication now and a promise it would be refunded within 24 hrs. Now 48hrs and nothing! Trading standards next port of call.

23-5-23 Ordered Oak table. Arrived but slightly damaged from transport (not company’s fault). Replied quickly to emails and a solution was actioned quickly. Positive experience with the customer services, just disappointing that item was damaged otherwise would have been perfect.

Do not buy from this company

After initially responding well to my emails I purchased a fixings pack from this company at the start of March. Many many phone calls and emails later and still no fixings pack. Every time I got through on the phone I was promised the item would be despatched the following week. This hasn’t happened and many excuses have been made as to why. I asked for a refund due to time scale. I now cannot get through on the phone nor are my emails being replied to. I urge people NOT to buy anything from this company, even for a simple item this has been a nightmare and so disappointing 👎

Bought a child’s bed from them

Bought a child’s bed from them. The price was great. I was originally told that delivery would be 4-6 weeks, but it was delivered in under 3 weeks, so very happy with that.

The bed was very easy to build and seems to be good quality. There was a screw missing from the parcel, but the team were very communicative and everything was sorted out quickly.

Overall would recommend!
