Over two weeks too deliver
Over two weeks too deliver, they told me that they had sent the wrong item and promised me it would then be delivered within a certain timeframe. Still failed to deliver on time. Rubbish service, avoid

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error and we've taken measures to ensure this does not happen again. I believe my colleague tried to keep you up to date as much as possible, whenever we received information from the courier and the redelivery was carded as no one was available to sign for the goods.
However, I apologise for the time taken to redeliver your correct item as this was unacceptable, we have taken this issue up with our courier and intend to improve this procedure.
