Made a claim in April for my daughters…
Made a claim in April for my daughters school laptop, they sent me a link to pay the excess which won't work, it's now August they still haven't fixed the technical issue I cannot pay this as it an issue there side so I'm still paying my monthly fee but cannot get my laptop repaired . I have requested to transfer the money getting no where with this company. Extremely frustrating.
