Ordered replacement remote for garage
Ordered replacement remote for garage. The website was very useful in finding the correct model for my garage door. Couldn't process payment through the website for some reason. Phone them and the nice made sorted it all out. Remote arrived 2days latter with clear instructions to link.

All my fault
I mistakenly ordered the wrong remotes and rang and spoke to a charming young lady by the name of Lauren,who could not have been more helpful and reassuring if she wanted to. Within minutes she e-mailed me with what I needed to do. She single handedly deserves the five stars. A real asset to the company!

replacement remote for Hormann door
I ordered a replacement remote for my Hormann garage door and it arrived very promptly. I was fed up with my old remote which was very unreliable with patchy performance, particularly in cold weather, even with a new battery. After a simple set up, the new one works perfectly every time. I assume this is because it has more up to date software. I am very pleased.
