The communication with staff was excellent….and no automated answer machines!

It’s my first ever time buying insurance for a camera and Tinu the sales executive was extremely friendly and helpful in helping me through the process. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend to others!

I took out a new camera insurance policy with Glover & Howe today and was very impressed with the customer service provided by Diane. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and thorough.

I needed clarification about some parts of the policy and Diane took the time to liaise with the underwriters and provided clear confirmation of the coverage terms.

I'd definitely recommend Diane to anyone looking for a new policy - she made the whole process straightforward and reassuring.

Great service to create a bespoke quote to my specific circumstances. The only provider I could find to meet both my professional needs and travel coverage needs. Not needed to claim so cannot comment to my experience there.

I've been with G&H for 8 years now and although I haven't had to make a claim, I have had a great experience.

I find the team to be really helpful in explaining the insurance terms and in advising about modifications to my policy when I've had questions.

It has also been very easy to add small ad-hoc additions such as extra travel time, or adding new equipment etc.

And as a long term customer, upon renewal this year I got a nice discount for my loyalty and no claims. Generally more affordable than some big names.

Would recommend on the basis they feel honest and reliable!

I've lost count of the number of years I've been with Glover & Howe, but it must be more than 20 by now! And while I've never had to make a claim in all that time (so can't comment how easy they are to deal with in that regard), each year I've gone back to them because their pricing is good and the policy isn't full of tricksy little clauses designed to deprive you of the cover you need, when you need it.

I often scope around for alternatives, but haven't found anyone yet who quite matches Glover & Howe so they'll be keeping my custom for a while yet!

I’ve insured my camera equipment with Glover and Howe for the last 3 years and I’m very happy. The customer service staff have been great each time I’ve reached out to them. Changing insured equipment on the policy has been easy. Renewal prices are fair.
