Because doctor didnt code my visit as…

Because doctor didnt code my visit as such they wont count towards rewards. Telling me there is a resubmit form to take to doc. Had same set up with Aetna and so easy to enter and give date and it was counted. Not having to get doctor involved again. Waist of time I gave up!

My wellness visit falls at end of year

My wellness visit falls at end of year. Site indicates all entries should be updated by Dec. 15. Had wellness done of dec 5 now the 18th claim still not processed. Wellness visit page says you cannot submit electronically anymore and also It says they have up to 90 days to process anyhow. Seems I never get what I am due. Cant even figure out where they got the refund amount because the amount does not match what I actually have completed.

I ordered a $100 Walmart gift card on…

I ordered a $100 Walmart gift card on October 27, 2025. While the website indicates that it was delivered, I never received it. I have spoken with a Go365 representative multiple times and provided a case number, but the responses have been unhelpful. The last representative I spoke with mentioned that I could receive a new gift card after returning the old one to Humana. However, if I had the old card, I wouldn't be reporting this issue.

Did not receive redeemed my rewards through humana on…

I redeemed my rewards through humana on go365, fifty dollars for gift cards from 2 stores in the go365 mall. They were never sent email or regular mail. This seems to be a scam on Humana's own site. Your order information:

I ordered 3 reward cards worth $105…

I ordered 3 reward cards worth $105 total, on 12/14/24 and never received them. When I checked the website, they were all marked as "delivered" and indicated they were delivered to the post office on 12/18/24. They send the reward cards via USPS, but without a tracking number, so the post office is unable to provide any further information. The Go 365 reps I spoke to basically said, "the terms and conditions state that if the cards are not received, we cannot do anything about it." They won't issue new cards. They offered to submit a complaint for me, but said nothing would happen to correct the problem. Even though each reward card should have a unique identifying number that should be able to identify if the card was actually used, they acknowledged that they don't keep that information. One rep suggested that I not wait until the end of the year before "shopping" - basically, there would be less chance of a screw up. Bad policy!!!

Rewards cards not received

I ordered 2, 25$ gift restaurant cards mid December hoping typo use as Christmas gifts ,didn't get then ,U called mid- Jan. Lad Saud were mailed on Dec 18 I should get in mail by next day if by Monday as wed ad 2 holiday so I waited no cards so I Saud we have a bigger holiday in Han 29 ilk give it few mire days I call bacj today Jan.26 2025 to be told the have to do an investigation before can resend thus us over a month since these were ordered tats 50$ I'm owed by humans or whoever Go365 is so I told this lady they will be reported for this ridiculous So glad Um not with Humana now, guess reason Haven't received them.

The app is so terrible that I ended up

The app is so terrible that I ended up, deciding not to participate this year. I couldn’t login with my Humana login and when I tried to chat with someone on the go 365 app it kicked me out four different times. I called go 365 and was told I would have to change my Humana password and I could do it and go 365, which I did. And as soon as I submitted the new password, it kicked me out of the app again. Not worth the trouble.

JUST A SCAM

Wish I could give a lower rating.

They are just looking for way NOT to give you rewards. I saw my Endo on Dec 17, they received the claim on 12/30. I was supposed to claim my $$ BY THE 31ST! How could I do that?

My Garmin was working fine the first two years, now they get NO INFO. I call repeatedly to fix this and it works for a day.

I HAVE TO REQUEST TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE IS THE US!!!!!!

I called to be connected with Humana go 365 and finally got through to the go 365 representative who could not answer any legitimate questions. To claim rewards, your doctor must submit papers that indicate you were at a wellness visit. That paperwork goes to go 365 and you get a reward. I asked where does the doctor send it to...what address or email or fax number. The representative would not answer the question. She kept reading off her cheat sheet like a parrot...I hung up and refuse to ever call that bullshit nonsense again.

Humana 365 I get a letter today July…

Humana 365 I get a letter today July 26, 2024. This is the fourth letter I’ve gotten. I am so tired that Humana tells me it’s time to sign up for their 365 plan when it tells me when I sign up that I am un eligible to sign up for the 365 program in my area. What BS is Humana sending out their customers to sign up for an app that does not work. this is disgusting, misleading, and honestly, your credibility is garbage at this point very poorly administrated.

Prior to 01/01/2024, this was a decent program, especially to seniors, to give us incentive to exercise and stay healthy. This year the program has totally melted down. Few rewards and difficult to claim. On top of that, they had a data breach early in 2024 that still hasn't been totally resolved.

SCAM refusing to give what is owed

Hello to whom it may concern, I have filed a compliance report against this insurance company to BBB and I will continue to write to the CEO until my problem is resolved.i have also wrote to my local news outlet that helps with un resolved SCAMS .I have followed protocol to add my $50 rewards for the risk screening assessment that has been completed since Mid April and I followed every protocol within 30 days. I don’t care what glitch Humana Go 365 is having . By law I earned rewards and entitled to them that are missing for my 2 teenagers Gianna Florio and Joseph Florio , I called April 24th after someone graciously manually inputted mine and helped add them even since that was failing . however their $50 reward for risk screening are still failing to add . Your company wants to blame a glitch on the app and said allow by May 31st said Kristina and Vicky and by May 31st will add . I called today May 13th because it’s not going to be fixed by May 31st now app not even showing the $50 on the risk screening because it’s over 30 days which was completed 10 times before the deadline I waiting more than patiently and what does your company say TODAY MAY 13th when I called. well that changed now it’s by the end of June so now they lied when they said May 31st . I said “ what happens at the end of June ma’am when the app still fails you want the want to push it then to July , August , September, October Halloween huh? Thanksgiving ? Or Christmas? They did respond to my question because if not fixed by then they will push month by month. do you honestly hear your self that this company is telling their clients. I want my 2 $50 rewards added to their accounts that I followed all policy and requirements. This health insurance should stick to their own words and not string people along and scam people , because guess what the app is never going to be fixed for that activity for the risk management assessment. I will report you guys to the local news as well as this matter is not being handled and taken seriously. They know it’s not going to work by the end of May, June or never . It already took the $50 amount off of the activity since it’s over 30 days. I will not stop until I get my entitled rewards that I earned and followed by the book. This will go public nationwide and many are affected in Oklahoma

Cheaters and scammers

This is a scammy program like much that is associated with humana. Earned about $60 in rewards for 2023, used the mall to select gift cards I wanted and all appeared to be done correctly. Called once to check on cards and was told to wait however many more days. They did not check to verify my order OR I would have known they did not have an order-some sort of malfunction. And I would have had about a week to go in and reorder my reward cards. As it is, I lost out on the rewards I earned due to lazy cs rep. Now, in 2024 want to order rewards each month to keep them from cheating me again. But none of my February rewards have shown up and you cannot order a gift card unless you have at least 2 months of rewards. Designed to cheat people. Shameful.

Bad programme
I am really disappointed they are not true to their words after a long time

I didn't break any rule and they locked all my inside not giving access to my account anymore

They pushed into frustration and my life was on the line of giving up
Thanks my daughter who have been in search to resolve this bad occurrence
She came up with the idea to consult MILN .SITE my daughter saved me I followed her words messaged them and they were able to return all my money in full

No promised Gift Card

I ordered a gift card back in October 2023. I never received the card and was told it had been delivered. That I should check with the Post Office. I get a notice from the Post Office every-single-day and the gift card was never received by them. I have been getting the run around since November 2023. I have been issued two ticket numbers, saying someone is working on my case. That was a lie. They have been telling me since November that they can't help me, and that they have no control of issuing the cards. Then why are they employed there? They can't answer any questions, they can't reissue another card, and they can't do much of anything except apologize. I don't want apologies, I want what I was told I would receive if I did everything that was requested of me. I did not sign up for a runaround. This isn't the first time it has happened. Four years ago, it happened around the same time. Right before the holidays. You do the math. There is a reason those cards aren't being sent out. I'm guessing someone on the sending end was pocketing them. They need to supply a tracking number to those who order the cards. Oh, and when I looked at my account, it said the gift card was delivered the day after I ordered it. Sorry, the mail is quick but, not THAT quick. My suggestion, order the cards before the fall if you want to receive them.

Very poor rewards program

Very poor rewards program. They make you follow along all year according to THEIR rules. I was waiting for a notification of total reward dollars and never received anything. Now I start doing research and find I've lost all my reward dollars as of 12/31/23. What a bunch of crap and dishonesty!

Go365 is part of my Humana plan. All year I followed rules and policies. I fully expected them to live up to the promises they made and received nothing at all for a full year of my time and effort. Total fraud and a rip off, Humana should be ashamed.
