I started calling go365 late nov or early dec 2023. Realized i did not receive my gift cards. First guy i spoke with gave me reference number to call back.
I called back spoke to some one else gave me another
ref number and was told to call back after dec 29. I called back. Ref numbers dont mean a thing. Agent wanted information as to why i was calling. Like it was first time. Bottom line is i never received gift cards and they not responsible. I asked for tracking number so i could contact post office. no surprise. they dont have tracking numbers. mail is just sent
like regular mail with no tracking numbers. sounds like fraud to me. They claim to send out gift cards and we cant even track the orders. they profit. you or just out of the gift cards. their policy should be changed. They should be required to provide a tracking number
to the customer. that is probably their policy to profit from gift cards customers never receive because they dont send them out. and customers cannot track the mail to see if they actually sent them out. Maybe company is stealing the money from the cards or maybe employees is stealing the cards. No proof cards sent in mail. this is a true experience. ordered cards October now it is January 2024. no resolution another profit for go365.

They stole £18.5 million from me between March 2020 and October 2020. My account no was 2110. My negative review is still on the internet under Trustpilot reviews. Put in go365.io Reviews. Trustpilot have cut out a lot of my review. Trustpilot are a waste of space. Do not trust them. It is just a platform. It means NOTHING!! GOT NO HELP FROM ANYONE. SYAY AWAY FROM BITCOIN.

Go 365 is an awful program. Other insurance companies offer much better rewards. I am a NC State retiree and am considering changing to different plan next year. The cheapened their social reward program this year and also made their exercise program near impossible to do.

Gift cards were never received. Asked them to place a stop and send me new ones. They said they'd investigate but even if the cards were never used they wouldn't send me replacements. So why bother to investigate. A rip off!!!

Go 365 is a joke. I got rewards picked Walmart gift cards and cannot use them because Walmart uses the majority of third party sellers which is a restriction Walmart put on. Talked to Go 365 and they will not allow me to choose another gift card that does not have restrictions or minimal restrictions and send them to me. So now my gift cards go in the trash. This is terrible and that is not how to treat customers. Never again will I use Go 365. Such a rip off and they could care less.

I accumulated enough points last year to get two $40 Publix gift cards and two $20 gift cards. I was told they were nailed last December. I never got them. I called 3 times and now they tell me they can’t trace them to see if they were used. I never got them. And I know they can check the balances. I want my gift cards. I’m 75 and very depressed over this since I need them. I’ve been with Humana ten years

When logging in to Go 365 i'm getting an error saying that the information i'm using is just for MyHumana and it re-routes me back to the humana page. Why can't i get logged into Go365??????

I am very disappointed in go365 program. Not only did they up the steps required for rewards from 1000 steps per day to 5000 steps per day, they did not take into consideration senior citizens who can not do 5000 steps per day.
The "flex cards" sent are misrepresenting what they are used for. When I called in about the doc not taking the card for copay, Humana said doc was NOT in network, but he is. Also program has you can use for food and utilities. When I called they said "well we recently changed our list. The cards are worthless as is the go365 program. I will change my nsurance company.

I lost all my savings with go365.io. Do not invest in this company as it is a scam.

The go365.io company doesn't exist anymore and disappeared with all their costumers funds.
Shame on Trustpilot for being so hopeless and still rating go365,io 3 stars.

ignore any contact have been shut down and now all scams come from god knows telling you have money and try to get you to share your computer do not do this with any cold call they will access you and try to passwords and once you do it they can go forever scam scam scam all scam be warned if there are liquidators and can recover money they have all they need to contact you my bank refunded me as i used visa and was insured up to 30 .000 pound but i bought bitcoin at 8,000 and it went to 64,000 so they have had off with the profits but are being investigated so could get a payout not hopeful . never ever share your computer please heed this warning.

I am going to keep posting here evry few months until the GO365 C***S stop calling my mobile phone... They know who I am and can easily remove me from their call list but they don't give a S**T about their customers and are complete conmen..... PLEASE.... DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR MONEY....
I closed my account in May 2020 and every day I get 3 or more calls from numbers from all over the world! Yes, ALL OVER THE WORLD and I have to add then to my banned list (which is now hundreds of numbers long). They have called me constantly for over 14 months and you still want to risk dealing with these imbeciles?
It's a spare phone as it happens so doesn't bother me too much but, I intend to use this to my advantage by posting on here VERY often to remind all their would-be customers to STAY AWAY..PLEASE.. Find a Crypto firm that is legal to operate in the UK and backed by the UK financial laws.... FORGET GO365.IO or GO365.COM it should be GO365.CON Adios!

Latest attempted scam by Go365... Just been called by 3 people from GO365, claiming that the 'regulators are forcing them to close down their retail business and we are now returning deposits to all customers.'
So they want to refund you nnn Bitcoin.
(All they actually need to do that, is your Bitcoin wallet address.)
But no, they want to connect to your computer via AnyDesk 'to check the money has arrived'.
In allowing them to do this, would allow them to install keyloggers, malware and other spysoftware, to gather passwords and other vital login information. They can even switch AnyDesk into stealth mode, so you wouldn't even know they are still connected.
Don't fall for this!!! It's a scam.
When they realised I wouldn't fall for it, they hung up.

At the end of 2019 I opened a trading account with GO365 and invested the minimum $250. I was soon blindsided (for want of better words) in to investing my entire life savings...trading didn't go my way of course.
Anyway..lately I have been receiving at least 4 calls per night telling me GO365 is under investigation and they are trying to give my money back. The amount changes for each phone call. They requested access to my computer. Although I mostly just hung up I spoke to 2 of them and I asked them to send me an email with the code to go through coinspot. They agreed but the tone of the conversation changed and no email ever arrives.
I have read all other 1 star reviews and am in the same boat.

Go365's account managers try to convince you to deposit S4000 or more and claim they can easily turn that $ 4,000 into $ 40,000.
But they are unable to turn the first deposit of $ 250 into $ 2500 ?? They are experts in making all your money disappear.
