They gave my data away

In August 2019, I started a subscription with Go365 which at the end I did not conclude because I did not want to send copy of my credit card to them.
However, since then I started receiving phone calls and emails from companies trying to sell me financial services, and claiming that they found my details on "a public data base". I'm 100% sure that it was them to give my details away, as I did not give my name, mobile number or that email address to anybody else related to the financial market.
I have since then contacted them numerous times to have this rectified and the only thing that they did was to cancel my account, and denied that they passed my information to anybody else.
I'm still receiving spam emails where my email address and other people's addresses are clearly visible to all the receivers. Because those emails and calls do not mention Go365, I don't have a way to prove what they have done: I can only warn you to stay away from them!

Phoned me up saying they are closing…

Phoned me up saying they are closing down and i have 8.1 bitcoins in my account worth £345000 want to take control of my bank account on anydesk online. Had £3 in it they said no good wonder why.

GO365.io is a SCAM.

i lost US10K on this scam company back in 2019 whenmy account was suspended over the weekend after I made a "paper profit"of 70K.
They then called me on Monday to tell me that I can activate my account if I top up more funds.
As I was unable to raise another 10K, they stop calling me.

Today, April 5 2021, a "Finance"guy (Martin) called me to tell me that I have accumulated US500K in my wallet and that they will release the funds to me if I gave them my bank account detai;s and to download Anydesk where they will show me how to get my funds.

They claimed that their trading license was not renewed by Financial authorities, hence, they need to refund all outstanding funds in their clients' wallets.

I hung up and block their no.
Because of my bad experience in 2019, I spent my last $ on them hoping to get profits to pay my debts. Ended up being sued for bankruptcy and a divorce.

Avoid go465.io at all costs.
All the positive reviews in here are fake.

Scam again be aware.

Be aware, these professional scammers are starting to call their ex-customers saying that you have X amount of BTC in your wallet in order to withdraw your amount you have to deposit 20% in the wallet. I have received 2 calls from this fake company. Do not believe them, this company is 100% scam. I have lost a huge amount of my hard-earned money.

Next round of Go365 'scam'?

Be aware that Go365 are now calling ex-customers to let them know they have X amount of bitcoin left on their account - impossible as they trade CFDs (and crypto CFD were made illegal for UK customers to trade by FCA earlier this year). The first stage of them being able to ‘repay’ this is for you to download Anydesk (a genuine software as far as I can see) so they can access your computer. Tread carefully.

It is unfortunate to know you still continue with deception and lies. When I last year I contacted you on your own platform nobody replied hoping you will get away with it, as you have done to thousands of people. I promised the accountant Kelvin who GO365 attached to me to work with that you will definitely get away with it. All I need my 15,000.00 USD to be refunded to my account back. I am not listening to any lie anymore. There is no negotiation about it I have had enough lies. Please avoid this at all cost

Please avoid this at all cost - they are very experienced scammers who will start off being very charming and charismatic but will then drop you out of the blue. I had a healthy account in profit with regular contact from my 'account manager'; I requested a withdrawal and then found I couldn't close trades as the 'asset was closed' message kept appearing all weekend (I was told this should only be on for an hour). Of course, the market dropped and my account was wiped out. Since then, I've received no reply to numerous emails and just receive a standard email from their 'customer services' email address; clearly they have just taken the money out of my account and left me to suffer. Please do not ruin your life and do what I have done here. Please!

I decided to give go365 a try..

I decided to give go365 a try after reading some positive stuff on some forums. As for the account opening, the process was fast. I was really impressed with their platform, very user friendly, no annoying interruptions, the execution was also surprisingly fast, at first I was a bit hesitating because usually there will also be some hidden fee waiting to jump on you, but no, they really surprised for the better.

In response to the go 365 reply to my original review I can confirm that I have informed them about my contact details as requested. Interestingly these contact details are the same as they were from the beginning (March'20), they have not changed. They have been the same throughout our entire communication. I can also confirm that I have a record of this entire communication throughout. The latest including me contacting them with what is my my usual contact information. I see my review has been flagged. I will kindly await further communication regarding this. I believe beyond doubt that I have all the necessary records of the communication trail to prove that my experience and review is genuine. I also believe that I have remained extremely patient, impartial and objective throughout. I will update any progress on this, in the hope that I can update this with a positive outcome. Unfortunately, for me, going by my experiences to date, I remain very skeptical about this. Nonetheless, I will of course update this, good or bad.

Withdrawal

I have received email regarding approved my withdrawal request on 12th May.I haven’t received any funds yet.I emailed to customer service also any progress so far nothing. It’s been a month already. I ask about Bank Transactions Reference number if they deposited the funds but no reply back to me.Other people’s writing about deposit and withdrawal was so fast. But not my case. I have been patiently waiting for so long. Advice me how to do please.

Terrible

If I could give this 'company' minus 100 stars I would. If you have any semblence of sense do not give this bunch of scammers the time of day. My partner who has a mental health issue has just lost £24k with their tactics of telling him to keep investing to gain better returns (he got no returns). They have very pushy bulling approach when speaking on the phone clearly aimed at intimidating. I have reported them to police cybercrime and am due to be interviewed by fraud investigators on these peoples tactics. Unfortunately there is no hope for my partner to get his money back but we are doing this to save other vulnerable people from falling foul of this unsophisticated ponzi scheme. Also they are unregulated and registered in Dominican Republic. Enough said I think .

I invested £5,000 it was going well

I invested £5,000 it was going well. My trader Paul Duncan told me I needed to invest another £5,000 if I wanted to make real money so I did

When my account reached 15,000 dollars I said I wanted to cash in the money

With in days I had a call to say my account was in free full " If needn't invest another £5,000 I could loose it all"

I didn't

In two days all the money had gone They never took my calls or returned my emails........
Thank you go365 for your reply If you had assisted me when I asked to cash in my investment That would have been great But all the advise I was given was ways of borrowing money so I could have invested more Not what wanted I told them I have a small pension to live on and no way to pay back a loan Paul Duncan never returned my emails
I didn't see anyway to get my money back

I feel I was scammed out of my money

I feel I was scammed out of my money, because the senior banker Philip Craff advised me via "zoom" on how to invest, in the first week or so I made little money because the initial deposit was 250$usd. The senior banker explained to me that if I can deposit another 3000$ it will put me in a much higher catogory to tripple all my money in two weeks and could even be more. He then phoned me one morning telling me amazing things is going on and guided me to do what he tells me. Well all that was scamming at its best. All the markets grew the wrong direction untill it became so bad that I needed to deposit more money. But by this time I already knew they were scamsters. I refused. They have now terminated the account
