In February I started trading with GO365. I realise that if I don't have thousands of collars you don't get support. I had $217 US in my account and asked for transfer to my account and was told it would take 10 -14 days for transfer. No money as not yet reach my account. This as gone over three weeks now. I tried calling the number and I'm blocked and can't get through to no one. They have taken my money.

Amount to try it out first. I was constantly pestered to increase my balance. After deciding to close the account the trouble started. Four months later my funds have still not been returned and I’m told that I have to pay fees for the months that my requests were ignored and the account was inactive. Stay away from these sharks!!!! This response to my review from GO365 is a blatant lie. I have spoken to many different representatives of which I’ve Kept a record. I have e mailed and received replies. So you do have my contact details.

Professional staff and easy to talk to, at least everyone that I've encountered. I'll admit, the most annoying part was the documents but that's ok. Not everything can be at a click of a button.

I am very happy with my earnings. Excellent communication from the staff of go365. Have tried other brokerage firms in the UK but would highly recommend go365 as they are truly professionals.

This site is definitely a scam. After my account was one minute $96000 then reduced to $2000 after tell me i was scalping even most of the trades took 10 minutes to complete.
Tried to Made so many withdraws i lost count and every one was refused with different excuses. Please do not let then scam you .They promise you everythink and it all lies

This site is a total scam.
You just lose your investment.

Can’t believe how cruel these people are.I have all the evidence to prove that these companies belong to each other should someone try to dispute it

Lucky me , as I have been scammed on BTSAVE , from than only reading reviews before investing!!! Best to use PLUS 500 !!! WithdrawAl And deposits few minutes throw paypal!! Be aware , if you see only 1 bad review ... stay away!!! Hate SCAMMERS LIKE THIS!!!! 😡😡😡😡 LONG LONG TIME IN PRISON WISHES TO ALL OF YOU!!! I have to be honest and speak as I find. I signed up with a payment of £193.00 then saw the reviews regarding a scam etc so after speaking to two guys initially, Tom and Luca I received a call 2 days later from their Senior Account Manager, Alex. I basically told him I thought it was a scam and would like my money back. He did advise me that he would speak to the accounts dept and have my money returned which I didn't really think was going to happen. But credit where it's due my money was put back into my account. I can't add to that but if it was a scam I don't think I would have seen my cash again.

I have still been waiting for a call back from Go365 after them asking for me to give information in order for them to contact me, however I did receive a missed call on my landline on Monday 16th March at 13.20 which was from a number I have previously received from them. (Call logs are a great thing). I have read other posts in which Go 365 say they have been unable to contact you. The question I ask myself if a person has an answering machine/voicemail service why don't they leave a message to say they will contact you again with a rough date and time.

THIS REVIEW IS ADDITIONAL TO MY PREVIOUS POST DATED 29TH FEB WHERE I WAS CONTACTED BY GO 365 WITH REGARDS TO JACK RICHARDS. JESSIE BRENT AND LYNN BROWN ALL SCAMMING ME OUT OF £2000.00. AS YOU WILL SEE FROM THEIR REPLY IT LOOKS GOOD WITH GO 365 ASKING FOR ME TO GIVE MORE INFORMATION SO THEY CAN FIND MY ACCOUNT. AS YET I HAVE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM SINCE AND THIS IS NOW 12 th MARCH. I CERTAINLY WON'T BE HOLDING MY BREATH WAITING FOR A CALL AS I WOULD BE DEAD BY NOW.

Bitcoin Profit aka Go365.io how many negative reviews can one company have! I initially saw an add and put my name and email in an mobile... I got a call within 2 mins at 7am! I told them to call back at a normal hour, the guy Tom (fake name) started to harass me. I hung up he called me back and got more aggressive hung up again called back.. blocked number! Called back from another number later that day different area code again told them stop calling take my name of your system and number! He would not take no for an answer. Blocked number... Yet another call today 20308689323 a lady this time told her stop calling me, she said No I will call you I want to know why you won't deal with us. I explained I have not signed anything and im not interested stop calling. Block Number... they will not let up this is a clear indication its a scam and using fear tactics! reported to FCA/BT/EE... do not deal with Bitcoin Profit or go365.io which you get directed to from the Bitcoin profit website. Positive reviews will be fake users.

I truly cannot believe my experience so far. I'm a Teacher during the day and while I love my job, it doesn't pay a enough for the bills so when it comes to ways to make some extra money then I'm all ears. I put some money into my trading account with David. The go365 staff told me that the best strategy to start with is their pin bar one which I have found to be incredibly easy to implement. You don't need spreadsheets of data and sophisticated systems, they have a KISS rule which is that the best ways to make money trading are often the most straightforward. I've placed 6 trades to date and a total profit of £1,285.19 which is a really big deal for me.

I don't know why but even ripple support says it's not related but I just lost money

Please read this very carefully before considering subscribing to this site. They initiate your account with the equivalent of $250 but very quickly insist on you transferring more funds. If you resist your so called account manager gets very impatient with you. If he is not satisfied he makes you invest in an account and does not keep track of the account. When I wished to withdraw funds and applied for the same I was asked to wait for my account manager to call back as one cannot withdraw funds without authorisation from the accounts manager. I watched the value of my funds drop. I repeatedly asked for my account manager to contact me. He did not and I watched my funds diminish to zero.

The account managers speak very well and sound very convincing . They do a pretty hard sell but in a very kind and personal manner. Please do not trust Go365. I have lost a lot of money but thousands to these accounts managers is peanuts as they only speak about the millions they deal in. Loss of a few thousands is very small amount in their own words . No amount of contact with customer services or fraud investigations is going to get your hard earned money back. I have burnt my fingers and I wish to warn everyone not to trust this site at all. I have a chain of all emails and screenshots of all mesages to customer services but that is another minefield.

The level of knowledge demonstrated by the staff at this company is unrivaled by any other trading firms i have joined in the past.

An efficient and excellent service from all at Go365. Thanks for expediting my request to increase my risk level on my super to my complete satisfaction i was VERY profitable, with the recent bitcoin surge!

be careful this site is a scam! the caller doesnt even have the courtesy to respect your decision not to trade. they want you to immediately trade so they get their commission but leave you when you lose your trade which is what happens all the time..

GO365.IO called me today Mr. Vince Davis he tried to convince me that it is, at the End my fault. So New investors Please do not listen to the agent who will assure you that he is your well-wisher. Because when you lose your money it's your money and your fault, not the agents even though he will ask you to join meeting with him on ZOOM and he will tell you to write the volume and SL/TP add the Value which he will calculate and tell you to write on your trade so you are writing what he is saying and if you lose the trade it's your fault. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BACKUP MONEY to invest at the 11th hour. its your fault. You have not even seen him but the way he will talk AND he will look like he is the WELWISHER and he will save you. But he will NOT, NOT, NOT save you and when you make your mind withdraw your money just do it don't get trapped on another deal because that is the time you are most likely to get affected. His company is always on the winning situation because they will take the commission from your investment each time you win a deal. Mr. Vince PROMISED ME TO CALL BACK NEXT WEEK after discussing with the manager Mr. Martin Ray. Lets see what options he have for me to recover my investment. so far I have no clue. I happen to absorb this shock of loosing 2300 POUNDS but be VERY CAREFUL!

Trade only if you have big investment as backup they will rip you off before you know. Very clever start with 200 and than you are trapped till you loose all the investments. Your money you lose. they will just ask for more to service. I lost mine and I am suffering I hope to survive soon, As soon you see profit in your account do not move further till you get some back from them. An advice.

hi i am writing this to warn people like myself who where scammed i repeat scammed by someone called paul duncan who conned me out of £193.63 saying i was investing in bitcoin then transferred my money to brainhub who wont reply to my emails the conman says i was not investing in bitcoin but on a course how to invest in bitcoin this is a scam ive reported the scam to my bank and cancelled my card and report to fraud department remember the fraudsters name paul duncan no doubt he has other names ive got king rat ..hope this helps other people
