***WARNING***

I had a disrepair case with this firm, and I strongly advise against using their services. I was misled into signing a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) that stipulated I would accept 25% of the rent due to disrepair. What it conveniently left out was that I endured nearly two years of severe mould issues, which significantly impacted my health and mental well-being. It was utterly unacceptable!

This firm ignored the mould-ridden items that I had to discard—clothes, towels, linens, handbags, shoes, and more. I have concrete evidence of my claims.

They settled on my behalf for just £1,500 for the rent, which I refused to accept. When I asked for documentation of the settlement offer, I received an email that had clearly been altered, with names and contact details redacted to hide the sender's identity. When I voiced my concerns, I was reminded that I had signed the CFA.

To make matters worse, I received a staggering invoice for £17,500 for their fees, which included an illegal 100% success fee.

I have documents regarding the above.

I urge you to stay far away from this firm and to warn your friends as well. Your well-being and rights matter—do not let this happen to you!

If you thinking don’t! It’s a waste of time, these people just get victims of already mistreated to earn money and get nothing, absolutely nothing solved

I was the most idiotic decision of my life, end up the same as before! They got all the money for doing nothing

I remember (even though this lasted 3 years) being told they woudnt close case till I was happy with works needed WHAT A JOKE and more full me for believing it
Nothing was done, they just brush me off for 3 years, ignoring my emails and now got compensation, KEPT IT FOR THEMSELVES AND CLOSE CASE!!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY JUST GET US TO EARN MONEY AT OUR EXPENSE AND GET NOTHING DONE
THERES NO COMPENSATION THEY KEEP IT ALL AND NO WORK GETS DONE !

They cold called . The lady thought they were from the council and signed the forms put in front of her. She had no idea she was signing up to a solicitor. Without the lady cancelling within 14 days she was committed. I have never experienced any reputable solicitor behaving like this.

The service was delivered exactly as promised, with all work completed promptly and without delays. Communication was excellent — emails and phone calls were responded to swiftly. I wasn’t expecting any compensation, so receiving one was a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely recommend their services.

The service provided was good. No organisation is ever perfect and perfection is not what I am looking for. I was happy with the follow ups. There has been short comings from my end with my responses to their follow ups which I accept. The work has been accepted from the landlord, however its not carried out yet. Overall the case was dealt with in a timely manner and I thank you for it.

Worst experience of my life

Now I’m in tears because I’ve never enjoyed this flat there’s always mould and this solicitors are the worst ever

The land lord basically denied everything and this solicitors wasted my time from last year February till now they decided to end the case. MY LIFE!!!!! I’m literally crying writing this.

I don’t know what to do now I have to look for a BETTER representative.

You guys are ruining people’s lives and wasting people’s time and energy. Like what was that???

This company has been so helpful in helping me with my housing issue I really appreciate how they kept me informed with everything Lily was the one who was dealing with my case

I found the team very committed but at time hard to contact via phone. Not all the allocated jobs that was ordered to my landlords via your te got completed but most did. When I rang Gowan Laws about this they had nothing on the system that should have been there. I would recommend you to my friends for your help and support and I want to thank you.

Do not trust a word these people say they will claim they are going to give you compensation but you don't ever recieve it they lie in there statements and try to get as much money for themselves possible these people have no intention of helping they are there to make money off you
