Brilliant service and product
The door I bought was fantastic. It was brand new, never installed and it was cheaper due to measurement issues when manufactured but this meant it was the perfect size for my house. Delivery was fast and efficient, I do live locally so ordered on the Friday and delivered on the Monday. Received a call to confirm delivery date and time slot and as promised the driver called when on route. The door itself was perfect came with all bits promised and it looks great.

Lovely family run firm with polite
Lovely family run firm with polite, friendly and understanding staff. Great levels of service, excellent communication at every level and genuine after sales care. I cannot recommend highly enough and would make a deliberate effort to use them in the future. A gem.

GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF.
Needed a second-hand window for detached garage,called in at their warehouse in Doncaster a few weeks ago on the way home from a weekend break,they had been recommended by tradesmen and they didnt disappoint ,they have a huge collection of good quality used windows and doors,the staff were friendly and helpful.
Paid £50 for a upvc window with obscured glass and sill,they even loaded it into my car,great place .

This company is awesome
This company is awesome. I actually made this Trust Pilot account just to write about them. I ordered some second hand windows from them before Christmas but I was not sure exactly what I needed. They said that I could change my order in early January any time before the delivery.
I spoke to them in January and cancelled part of the order, as my needs had changed. They were totally fine with that and refunded me the amount in full without hesitation.
Their website is great, they give full details about their windows, and they communicate by email or phone, whatever is easiest. They are very relaxed and friendly. I can't recommend them enough.
