Really good communication, can always get thru and speak to someone on the phone and actually get sensible info or advice. Pleasure to work with. Received the new bifold door and so far no issues according to the inspection by the builders who are installing it - let's see how it goes!

I've bought two windows from Used UPVC. Both were very high quality alluminium windows- we normally wouldn't have been able to afford. Easy to order, turned up on time and in good condition as advertised. Good customer service!

Overall, very please with our purchase. The doors look great! Only reason I didn't give 5 starts, as despite advising I wouldn't be able to take delivery on certain dates both before and after purchasing I still had a phone call from a different team member who wished to deliver on the date that suited him!! All was sorted in the end, but the additional stress and anxiety or arranging delivery was not necessary!
