Marc and Kate have been the dream! As our first purchase, we had A LOT of questions, so it gave us a lot of reassurance working with two people that have been extremely approachable and responsive throughout the process. It was great to be able to have a conversation with Marc and know that we could ask any question and not feel like it was a stupid one, I’m sure I asked the same question more than once as well, so testament to how patient he is. It was also helpful being able to get our life insurance through them as well.

And to top it off Marc went over and above to make sure our completion went through today. I have recommended them to a friend and will point anyone in there direction because they are superb!

An absolutely fantastic experience with Marc and Kate, we have had many bumps in the road with Covid 19 hitting us but Marc didn't give up at all and pushed and pushed to get us over that line and I am now writing this with a mortgage offer which I genuinely didn't think would have been possible! Grey Matters Mortgage Studio are the best mortgage broker out there! Marc and his team were fantastic in helping me find a mortgage deal- especially during the challenges with banks due to the pandemic. I am what they would call a "lost cause" and even though we had multiple set backs during the whole process, Marc never highlighted the problems, just came up with solutions- right till the very end. I am now moved into my new home and would recommend them very highly to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Grey Matters were extremely helpful in getting us a mortgage in very difficult circumstances (Covid-19 Lockdown). They were friendly and honest, communicating with us regularly about the process and any issues. They followed up after the house sale completed and have been helpful throughout.
