BEWARE - Grove & Dean Car Insurance
BEWARE – Grove & Dean going under the name of Performance Direct Car Insurance debited my bank account £1,221.62. Took long time phoning bank – got nowhere! Phoned Grove & Dean who after another very long wait stated the matter had been resolved. I explained on filling out the previous year’s cover – I made it quite clear that I did NOT wish for automatic renewal as at 88 years of age I could well have passed that following year! In fact it appears this monies remains pending & I now find I cannot use my current account to pay my outstanding bills. Grove & dean gave no warning they were transferring this amount – indeed I secured my car insurance a month ago for £807.00.
My time is precious –yet it seems I am forced to spend it on the other end of the telephone for hours putting right other’s wrong intentions!
