Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 141 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers frequently reported unexpected subscription fees and large charges that they did not anticipate following small initial purchases for online courses. People expressed deep frustration because hidden terms automatically enrolled them into expensive recurring plans without any clear notification. Consumers also found it extremely difficult to secure refunds or successfully contact anyone to cancel these entirely unwanted services. Some reviewers were happy with the customer service, noting that support representatives resolved account questions both promptly and professionally. Consumers genuinely appreciated receiving polite and helpful assistance whenever they reached out to address various subscription concerns.

Black Friday offer turned into unexpected extra charges

I purchased a Black Friday promotional product from Gurogo.online for 4.99 USD.
The low price was appealing, but immediately after the initial purchase I was taken through several additional offer screens. I declined every one of them.

Despite declining the offers, I was still charged an additional ~70 USD for items I did not intend to buy. There was no clear final summary page showing all charges before payment, so I had no idea extra products were being added.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or refund the unintended charges.

This was my personal experience. I recommend checking the entire checkout flow carefully before purchasing, especially during promotions.
