We’ve been with Happy Place for a year now and the pricing and service has been excellent although we have not had to make a claim. We were delighted this year when we had the renewal notice that it had reduced by £65 which can’t be said of other insurance policies which go up each year. Happy Place is brand of Caravan Guard same address etc but in our case was much cheaper and certainly much cheaper than other insurers, particularly the Caravan Clubs. New for old so cannot recommend them enough.

great service - they even called me when I had forgotten to renew to make sure I had cover - OK so thats in their interest too, but cover seems reasonable for the price as well

Rang to change my address the caravan isn’t stored at my house etc so has no bearings on the insurance of the caravan it is literally just for correspondence purposes and they charged me £17 for what? I rang them it didn’t cost them anything

Setting up the insurance was fine, but when we sold our caravan and came to cancel the policy there were issues. We phoned to cancel and got told there’s a cancellation fee. My partner said that’s fine and offered to pay it there and then. The advisor said he couldn’t and said he needs to ring up once he receives a letter. Phoned up, paid it, sorted… or so we thought. Over a month after cancelling, we receive an email demanding the outstanding balance to be paid!! We paid everything there was to pay!! And no we are receiving emails. This company try to con you out of money it seems!! Not a happy customer

Very helpful adviser and a very good quote for my caravan insurance. As with all insurance companies, the real test is if you have to make a claim, I hope I never have to put them to the test, but its then you will see if they are a good company.

Very competitive quote. Covers all items on my renewal at a much cheaper price. Part of Caravan Guard so should be a good company to deal with if needed. Fingers crossed!!! Good reviews
