Ben at Leeds Hardisty was great, helped us buy our first home. We could contact him whenever with questions and updates nothing was too much trouble. The process has been smooth and we feel in the right hands moving forward processing our house buy.

Good communication from the team at Hardisty Skipton. We have bought a lovely home in the area and Lucy made the viewings easy and friendly. Thank you

The whole team at Hardisty have been great during our buying process. Due to the property being empty we ended up having about 4 viewings which was never a problem. Special thanks to Lehila who was very professional, prompt to respond, and brilliant at communicating between all parties to ensure a smooth transaction

Hardisty took over the sale of our onward house in the middle of the process and as a result we had much more clarity about what was going on. In particular, we would like to thank Chloe for her hard work on the sale. She is professional, calm, efficient, and friendly. Her comms were spot on and really helped us during difficult points in the chain. Thank you!

I have just purchased my first property through Hardisty, and the service was excellent. From my first viewing to collecting the keys, the process was efficient, and I always felt supported, which, as a first-time buyer, was incredibly helpful.
A particular shoutout to Roxy, she consistently kept me updated on how the purchase was progressing and was very approachable when answering my many questions.

I had a very disappointing experience with the mortgage adviser, Mark James, despite the estate agent Hardisty being excellent throughout.
Hardisty were professional, helpful, and made the property side of things smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the mortgage adviser.
Mark James came across as unprofessional and felt pressured by him , particularly when trying to push a life insurance policy that I decided to take out with another provider . When I declined the policy he sourced, his attitude changed noticeably. He made inappropriate comments such as “you’ve wasted my time” and “now I won’t get paid,” which I found both rude and unacceptable.
I would happily recommend Hardisty as an estate agent, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with their in-house mortgage adviser.

I have used Hardistys both for previous property sales and lets. They have always provided a great professional service. We have just sold a property in Horsforth (after 2 previous buyers pulled out). I would like to especially thank Luke who has worked extremely hard for us from day one. Thank you.....and also Roxy who has kept us up to date with progression of sale without us having to chase. Communication and updates are key for sellers as it can be an incredibly stressful process and Hardisty have been great at this as well as the overall property sale service they provide.

House went on sale with Hardisty in January, over the process this was all very smooth, Ben and the team at the Horsforth Branch communicated well with us throughout the time the property was on the market and always positive, we had lots of viewing and had a buyer by end of March.

After what was a rather lengthy and drawn out process, we finally completed our Sale in March. Throughout the journey Roxy Lilley was first class, always available, attentive to try and assist where possible and effective to answer questions and share information where necessary. Thanks for all your help Roxy and it genuinely was a pleasure dealing with you. Simon

Hardisty Estate Agents Horsforth were brilliant at communicating and organising the house sale, offer negotiation and viewing. Roxy was really helpful in guiding me through the process, and keeping me and my solicitor updated throughout the sale. It was really easy to pick up my keys, and I appreciated the email/phone updates towards the end of the sale, particularly as a first time buyer.

Having previously tried to sell my house unsuccessfully with another agent, Hardisty were there to help. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and experience really shone through. Massive thanks to Jack & Roxy for making the sale happen. Would have no hesitations in recommending.
