I'm giving a one star rating.not for the product ,as I only ordered five mins ago,but for the way I felt after placing the order.
I agree with other reviewers re non friendly website.I tried to order online initially but struggled.someone at Healthy living really should look into this.
So I rang the number.Up to 13p per min.Ouch but got to be done.Items were for my elderly mother. At this point I end up listening to promo stuff and I'm paying for the privelige.Again Healthy living should address this.Look at your reviews. If something crops up repeatedly then in the long term its costing you money.
All that apart,my main gripe was with the rushed, unhelpful manner of the lady I spoke to.I wont name her.She asked if I was ordering.I said yes but had a query. So is it a query or an order was her reply.
I was ordering from a booklet with 25% off.She asked me for the promo code. She new it was on the back of the booklet.bottom right hand corner. So why didn't she say.Items were in stock.Yippee.£6 carriage for socks and slippers and up to 2 weeks delivery. What!
After giving me the total she hurriedly asked for my card details.I told her to slow down and said I felt rushed.Poor buying experience which could easily be sorted.Serious training issue for the telesales lady.Do they record phone calls for training purposes?
Whinge over.
When my goods arrive and I find them to be as stated I shall post a positive review.
Tried to ask about a product today. The phone line is expensive and you are forced to listen to their ad before you get to speak to someone with absolutely no manners whatsoever.
Avoid this company.
I shall report them to the appropriate body who governs premium rate phone calls and dodgy dealings. When I queried sharp practice the man hung up the phone
Despite trying to email this company with photos and attachments, no less than 5 times, I am yet to receive any response.
This order was not sent out with the part "21109GREXL" "Padded Fleece Jacket Grey X Large" as ordered. This jacket was in stock at the time of the order.
A jacket of a different colour was sent in its place. There is also a defect with the part that was sent. The padding is protruding from a section of the stitching. This is not acceptable.
I was given no choice in this matter at all.
From reading other reviews, it is apparent that I will be liable for the return of a defective product that I did not order.
Kindly advise me of the process to return this item for a refund. (No response as yet in any way or form)

Be warned, if you order anything from this company they will pass your contact details on to other organisations (such as 'charities' you have never heard of) who will then bombard you with junk mail and try to part you from your money.
Since the company's target market appears to be older and potentially vulnerable people, this is pretty despicable.
With much regret, the Slim Bathroom Cabinet we purchased, although it looks good once assembled, is technically floored as there is nothing to keep the door shut built in to it. It's only staying shut for me is because one of the side panels is warped, and is just enough to keep the door shut. It should have had a magnetic catch installed, like some others on the market I have seen.
This one with regret is best avoided
Disgusting high charge of postage. £5.99 postage for one bra. Bra was not suitable so cost me another £4 odd to send back. Almost £10 wasted for nothing. The catalogue they sent me with parcel went straight in the bin as will never purchase anything from this company ever again. They should have the decency to give me back the £5.99 I paid for delivery of bra. Not a happy customer.
They keep sending my wife their brochures. We keep asking them to stop
sending them. What a useless company they are
I ordered 3 comfort sleep bras as requested by my wife. She is a size 16/18 so I oredered the 42 inch to 44 inch L size. When they arrived they were far too small, definitely not 42 - 44. I spoke to their "freindly Customers Services Team" and they said they were new items and would check the sizing.
I returned them to be signed for as they requested, including a note to say that the P & P should be refunded as the wrong items had been supplied. When they had arrived I called again and this time was talking to another person. He said thet they do not refund P & P if the correct items were supplied to which I replied that the items sent were incorrectly sized. He again repeated no P&P refunds would be provided. I then aked to speak to a manager at which point he hung up on me. Very rude and not acceptable behaviour.
Having now seen other reviews for Healthy Living Direct, his attitude and behaviour are typical of this company. Of course I will never buy from them again and urge anyone else thinking of using them to find alternative suppliers.

Unfortunate as the last order with this company was fine.
This afternoon I’ve tried to place an order for my elderly grandmother at the price of £47.00. Paid via Klarna and the amount was taken right away but order failed and did not go through. I’m certainly not having her pay 13p a minute to phone this company as god knows how long you’ll be on hold for so I’ve sent emails and still had no response. Klarna won’t release the funds for another X amount of business days so now out of pocket. Everytime I try to order for my grandmother, I pay and get it delivered to her address. Now when I try to pay, it says shipping method is wrong and won’t let me change it. So happy to charge but don’t respond very quickly. Really, really disappointing.
WAS ABOUT TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY BUT THOUGHT I WOULD CHECK HERE FIRST.
GLAD I DID! THIS COMPANY SOUNDS THE PITS.
I THEN FOUND SAME ITEM £3 CHEAPER ELSEWHERE AND £2 LESS POSTAGE.
SO THANKS TRUSTPILOT!
I ordered some trousers for my 90 year old aunt. She didn't like them and I had to return them (paying postage both ways!). Hoswever, three weeks later we have still not had a refund, despite being told the bank rejected the direct credit (really??!!) and that a cheque was in the post a week ago. Will be phoning daily this week until refund is given. Appalling.

Over the last week I've received three lots of envelopes full of junk mail crap. One last week from Affordable Choices, and two today, one from Housewares Direct and the other from Everyday Essentials. All of them were full of unrelated leaflets generally aimed at the elderly and infirmed. Why is this when I'm not even close to 50 yet? It was only when I looked more closely that I realised that they were all from this company that I'm reviewing right now. Who is this company? I never signed up to their mailing list but somehow they know who I am but obviously they don't know how young I am. It takes the p***, to be perfectly blunt!! I don't wish to be sent piles of irrelevant junk mail again!!!

My elderly mother in law made an early Christmas order from healthy living direct on the understanding that it would come with a free Rosie the Reindeer for my toddler daughter. No reindeer came with the order and when she phoned for an explanation no substitute was offered. Please could you explain why.
