Thank you for the brilliant service and the excellent quality of the items purchased, only thing is I have been buying lots of goods online since lockdown and have a fairly good idea of postage costs, and I think the postage for size and wait of my parcel was a little over priced

Your postage is way too high for the price of some of your items. If for example you only want an item which is £4.99 you then need to pay £5.99 to have it delivered to your home. As a disabled customer who does buy a few of your products from your associate companies also, this can become unsustainable and I am thinking of not continuing to use you in the future purely due to to your high postage costs.

received 2 damaged sprays 3weeks ago, sent email and got an answer to say they would be replaced forthwith and they were very sorry, since then no more contact, even after more emails.
i have to agree with the many customers who rate this outfit the pits, needless to say i will not use them again!
Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!

Everything I ordered came to me in good order, value and in good time but they overcharged me on some white sandals which were on offer for £6.99. They charged me £9.99. I complained on the day I ordered them and I got a email from Customer Services asking for more info. I duly sent this to them but to date have heard nothing. Their phone line is always busy and have to pay a premium cost, so they probably hope it will be forgotten.

I have given this rating because my order should have been delivered the next day. I know I placed the order on a Sunday so I expected it on Tuesday but it arrived Thursday after the courier site had said it would be delivered Friday. It would be very helpful if parcels could be delivered on time as each day I was out during the week I had to ask a neighbour if they could take the parcel in for me.

Ordered some gardening bits a few weeks back. Arrived on time and I'm suprised with the quality of the products. Seeing previous reviews I was a bit apprehensive. I can't fault the service or products with my experience.
My 85yr old mum placed her own order and included a cheque which included around £6 postage. She incorrectly assumed the price was for a pack of assorted wool when it was actually for 1 ball and you had to select a colour which she hadnt done.When i realised i visited the contact us page of crafts and hobby and despite providing full name and address details received an email from HLD requesting this , 3 times i sent the address and asked them to destroy the cheque which was for around £20 , the wool itself was overpriced per ball
No reply from them, but today my mum received a ball of blue wool( why didnt you phone her or not process the order as it was completely unclear what she wanted ) but instead send a lucky dip choice which has now worked out at £20 yet available in any supermarket or home bargains for no more than £1.49. I was going to phone but the warnings about the premium rate charges customers are incurring has made me put this down to a bad experience

I have just had to place an order using the expensive premium rate phone line because the email was impossible to use. It was totally unclear, even placing the order was a task because I knew what I wanted and didn't want to look through their book again so had to put each item in the box!!!! Only good part was, the phone was answered fairly quickly by a charming young man who explained why I hadn't been able to use the email ordering service - now!!!
