I have never had a suction ear wax removal before. It so much better than syringing. Stephen is was obviously very experienced and professional. Overall the service was excellent.

My visit to the clinic today was a very pleasant experience. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Steve was the technician who carried out my procedure. He was very kind and understanding throughout, explaining everything as it happened . He was very gentle and gave reassurances as he worked his magic. Thank you so much for helping me to stay calm. Would definitely recommend

Quick and competent ear cleaning service. They were £15-20 more expensive than other competitors, but they had appointments available more quickly so I decided to go with them anyway. Apart from having to pay a bit more, I have no complaints at all about the service.

Extremely efficient – excellent service. The micro suction is quick easy and effective. Hearology Forest Row opens early – I was able to phone at 8 am and by 9:15 am I was having my ears cleared. All done and dusted by 9:30 am. Very grateful, thank you.

Professional efficient treatment in pleasant surroundings.

This is my second visit to hearology and each time it has been a really personal experience. Firstly the staff speak clearly and face you when talking and for someone with hearing difficulties this is important. Today’s practitioner, Stephen, explained everything and discovered something which my doctor ignored.

I had a hearing test and it was a first class experience. The person doing it, Michael I think, was very professional and personable. He explained everything in the clearest possible way at every step of the process. This is my 4th visit to Hearology in Forrest Row and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone with hearing issues.

It is the first time that I have felt that someone was dealing with my problem of not hearing properly. The gentleman explained everything in detail, allowing me to hear what was happening.

The friendly and inviting atmosphere as you go in. The staff are all so considerate of your needs if you are elderly. The procedure is very quick and pain free.
