A routine appointment.
I had a routine appointment with Bridget to remove hair from inside my ears that is stopping the wax getting out as have a lot of hair in my ears.
The appointment was on-time and Bridget as always explained what was going on.
Always a lovely and professional atmosphere.
The Liverpool Street clinic is easy to get to and is in a really stunning building.

Thoroughly recommended
I was able to book a same-day appointment online at my nearest location, London Liverpool Street. I was welcomed politely in pleasant surroundings. Eva was professional, patient and careful, explaining everything as she went along. By the end of my appointment my blocked ears were fully cleared without any discomfort or pain. All administration was handled efficiently before and after my appointment. The cost is reasonable given the expertise, equipment and work required, as well as most importantly the outcome whereby I can hear properly again. The option of a follow-up consultation included in the price is reassuring. Throughly recommended.

Ear Clean
Had a great experience here - they called ahead to confirm the appointment, and even to tell me the reception staff finished at 5 so to call this number to be greeted downstairs. The appointment was quick and easy, they walked me through the process, showed me what was taken from my ear and even advised me for future care. Would thoroughly recommend, and will go again in the future!
