I was lost and the person on the end of the phone was very patient. Liverpool Street area is a mess and there are building works everywhere. The staff waited for me and were patient and calm and caring.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, it was a little tricky to find the entrance but once inside I found it extremely clean and hygienic, the staff were fantastic and made me feel at ease. I expected to have to have a second appointment as my ears were so blocked I couldn't hear at all, but Harry was so professional and experienced and he cleaned both ears even though the time went over. It was such a brilliant service and I nearly cried at being able to hear so clearly afterwards! Would recommend this 100%.

Today was my second time for a ear microsuction due to a blockage (previous one was 3 years ago). Once again lovely service from the team, and they got the job done quickly, nicely and effectively. Thank you, problem solved immediately.

My appointment was conducted in a timely and professional manner. Kenny the audiologist carefully explained how the hearing test would be conducted in an easy to understand way, together with how my results were interpreted. A very good experience for me.

They removed the wax from my ears very easily, and then took an impression of my ear in order to fit Snugs earplugs. They also reminded me that I had a free follow-up appointment for a hearing test and also for removing any hairs from the ear.
