Having visited other hearing clinics over the years I am so relieved to have found Hearology; they are the only ones to have fully restored my hearing and you get a free follow up and advice too! Harry in particular was amazing, patient, kind,professional and explained everything throughout the appointment. Being able to hear again is the best feeling and I recommend Hearology to everybody.

I was attended to on time. My plugged ears were cleared without any pain and I didn’t get an infection afterwards.

Very helpful Receptionist and the nurse is always charming and excellent at her job. I have complete trust in her.

The consultant was efficient and had the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. She showed me a photo of my perforation which was interesting.

Quick, efficient, no fuss and no discomfort. It’s in my diary to make an appointment for ear cleaning every six months. Always a good experience. My hearing might not be as sharp as 60 years ago but this ensures I hear what people are saying first time round.

Stephen was great , super nice and clear. Only thing is that I found the place hard to find . Not a lot of signage for Hearology in the building.
