My vacuum suction treatment at Hearology New Broad Street was quick, painless and efficient. I was allowed sufficient recovery time before leaving, and was given aftercare guidance. Both the clinician and the receptionist were welcoming, professional and courteous, I would highly recommend this Hearology centre to anyone needing this procedure.

I have microsuction on my ears annually and it’s like having a Spa Break for my ears! Bridget is very gentle and does a great job. I apparently make a lot of earwax and have a narrow ear canal that Bridget sorts out with great care. I would definitely recommend microsuction and Hearology. Thank you again Bridget. I can hear clearly again!

I just had the most amazing ear cleaning experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so warm, welcoming and professional. The actual ear cleaning was quick, gentle and surprisingly relaxing! The space was spotless, the equipment was modern and you can tell they truly care about hygiene and customer comfort. I left feeling refreshed, lighter and incredibly well taken care of.

I was very happy with the extraction of the wax in my ears. When it wasn't possible to extract it all, I was given a second appointment without charge!

My experience at Hearology was absolutely first class. The professional staff were amazing, so knowledgeable and of course skilful. Abigail attended me on my first visit and Bridgette my second. Both of these Ladies were super nice and very caring. They talked me through everything they were doing. Both of the receptionist I saw were also excellent. Fantastic surroundings, so clean and relaxing.

Very pleasant experience. Friendly, helpful and competent health professional. Got my hearing back and now every noise becomes too loud. Will get this done at least annually in the future!
