Excellent experience. I had a 15 minute appointment for ear wax removal by microsuction. It worked perfectly. In addition, I emerged reassured and very well informed by the specialist, Stephen Archer. All very professional and friendly

Very good quality staff; thorough clean. I've never had a bad experience here. Bridget this time was especially good (gentle, careful, thorough and clearly skilled). I'm understanding that it's worth it to only go to a Hearology clinic or to my regular ENT doctor (further away so less convenient). Other places have varying often worrying levels of skill for an organ that's so important.

I could not hear out of one ear due to bad blockage and managed to get an appointment the same day to have it unblocked. Very good service and a relief to be able to hear again !
