Needed to add a driver. It was very quick and easy

So far so good no hanging around for corespondents , the main reason hedgehog caught my eye was the price a quarter of all other companies curiosity caught my eye upon looking in to it I found them to be the first company that does not charge you higher premiums for other customers driving mistakes on the road, I’m 63 have had a clean licence all my life and never had to make a claim and protect my no claims yet every year my insurance was increasing far beyond the normal cost of living expectations in other-words i was being charged to pay for others bad judgements and high risk takings on the road, I’m pleased to finally of found a company that state they do not do this you are insured based on your driving and carefulness while on the road which in my eyes is well over due. Well done Hedgehog !!

Thanks to Emily for the patience and support has we got cut off twice and thankfully I did get reconsidered to the same person so she already knew all about what I was trying to do and this was difficult because it was a new car so the registration number didn't work and other complications but we got there in the end so thanks again to Emily

Emily was very helpful online, but still find dealing with online people only a bit frustrating compared to a simple phone call

hedgehog was the cheapest price for my car insurance which has not started yet so time will tell how good it is

Although Mail Finance came back with an offer which was £15 cheaper than Hedgehog with all the same benefits, I had already chosen Hedgehog as it was £66 cheaper than my current insurer's renewal price.

While it was helpful talking to bot chat l found it tiresome to keep having to repeat myself

so easy and they gave me the best price out there.

They were quick to get back to me about information

I purchased my car insurance with Hedgehog because it provided the best policy by far with added extras other companies would charge for. It was a great deal cheaper than its competitors.

It was quick and easy to set up and competitive compared to other companies. Adding on or removing extras was straight forward and after reading policy I was assured I was insured for what I required

The quotes are very competitive and the insurance is what I needed. I did have a big problem when trying to change payment account in order to renew the policy.

Excellent service, but too bad that all insurance companies are throttling us with massive increases over the last 2 years. We accident-free drivers are paying through the nose for the sins of the uninsured and accident-prone.

Said it was cheaper in email. I checked it was £400 more. They then gaslight me saying i didn't understand. This is pasted from their email:
"One of our new partners has quoted a better price for your renewal than your existing insurer and we are therefore offering you their price."

Now they have cancelled my policy before it has ended preventing me from getting NCB.
